Bobby Howard was the technician that serviced our Samsung front loading dryer. Bobby did a great job in a very short period of time (due to the excellent fact that he had the parts inventoried in his service truck). He disassembled and reassembled everything carefully, showed me the defective parts and then proceeded to repair and everything that needed repair (he even had NO parts left over! :-)) Everything is working fine. We have had your company do work for us several times in the past and will continue to call on you in the future. Thanks!

The Technician that came to service our Samsung Dryer was super knowledgeable, super nice and did a great job. He showed me that the part was not working and that the new part was, told me things I didn't know about my dryer and how to maintain it better. I would highly recommend Mid America to anyone and would use you all again if needed. Thank you.
