I feel like my visits have always been simple and easy. Always convenient for my busy schedule! The staff is so nice and welcoming and I have had no problem with the services they provided nor the prices.

My experience with Middletown Commons Family Dental was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The staff worked with me to accommodate my work schedule for appointment times. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to have an extensive visit due to a deep cleaning and two root canals and the staff couldn't have made my visit more comfortable. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming and made my experience as easy as possible on me. They are a patient and do an amazing job. I will never go to another dentist again! I would recommend Middletown Commons Family Dental to everyone.

Our family enjoys our visits to middletown family dental.The staff are very courteous and professional they are also very knowledgeable and informational. Also very good with children and accommodatingto their needs. The office is very clean and home like i would definitely recommend this location to others.

Middletown commons family dental is extremely convenient in areas of location, hours, and service. the hours of service are very convenient, not many dentist offices are open 7-7. a 12 hour work day and the entire staff is always smiling, no matter how early or late it is, they are always very happy. dealign with insurance companies and benefits can be confusing but the woman who sends claims to insurance companies is always very nice. making it easier for the patient she always gives a treatment plan and summary after every visit, and always includes beneficial information about financing options. this office makes it very affordable, and never stiffs you with unknown charges or unnecessary amounts. I once had a charge for $45 for "no show/no call" and I explained that I didn't do that and she told me she wasn't sure what that was for and removed the charge from my account. the dental hygienist are always exceptionally nice and always ensure you're at the top level of comfort. during my cleanings, they are always very gentle and always making sure that I am doing okay and have no discomfort, as well they give you sunglasses so you aren't blinded by the light ha! I have a few of the girls on my favorites list. Dr. Ward is also very nice and always ensuring that the patient is in the best of hands and that they are okay. my front two teeth shifted and one of them was slightly raised than the other,I had a cavity filled in between my front two teeth, being self conscious that its my front teeth and people will always see them, Dr. Ward did a fabulous fill, ensuring my filling color was equivalent to my tooth color and even made my front two teeth even. overall, this dentist office is by far the best experience I have had in Louisville. I stayed with my pediatric dentist till I was 18, and then I went to the adult dentistry through the same office, just a new dentist. I was very comfortable being there and visiting this dentist, and when I discovered she was leaving and the new dentist came in, I left and found middletown commons family dental. no matter how scared, self-conscious, embarrassed, or worried about finances, this dental office is very considerate to all your thoughts and works with you to fulfill your satisfaction and all your accommodations.

Word can not express how much I LOVE this office! BUT my new smile says it all !! I came in quite hesitant and full of emotions and left feeling very excited and I haven't been able to stop smiling! Dr Ward and her staff are excellent at making you feel comfortable ! They are very friendly and made me forget how nervous I was ! I wish I could thank them EVERYDAY for a job well done !

I first scheduled a visit at Middletown Commons Family Dental because of their extended hours (evenings AND Saturdays), and am so grateful that I found Dr. Ward and her staff! From the moment you first walk in, you really feel cared for and comfortable. The office has more of a spa feel than a dental practice. There are nice touches everywhere like refreshments in the waiting area and televisions in the rooms. More importantly, the dentist and staff provide quality care with a smile. As someone who has always feared the dentist, I can highly recommend Middletown Commons for their convenience, calm environment, and quality care.

Because of childhood fears,dentist visits were low on my priority list. Everyone at the office was very supportive and understanding. The experience was pleasant and I had actual dental work done! I was well taken care of. Dr Ward is very kind and I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone seeking dental care.

I had a good experience. The staff made me completely at ease and for a dentist appointment that is a major plus! Also have television on the ceiling. I chose to hear the radio but the option is interesting! I highly recommend

I was impressed with Middletown Commons Family Dental from the moment I discovered them. First, I went to their website and was impressed with it's general layout and design but also with it's functionality. I was able to do all of the registration/new patients forms and even walk through the practice. On the day of I walked in and loved the environment. Very clean, modern, professional, but yet, unique. The staff were all friendly and courteous. As a new patient I was in, x-rayed, evaluated and cleaned and checked out within an hour - all without being rushed. I felt like a priority and was treated as such. I just had the typical cleaning check up but it was very pleasant and I am happy that I found and chose Middletown Commons Family Dental.

Great experience....the atmosphere was great the employees were all great. Made me feel apart of the work family as soon as I arrived. My mouth has never felt cleaner. The staff was very professional. I look forward to my next visit.

My visit today was my first time here. Everyone was awesome. I needed a tooth extracted and they were able to do that today. I felt like everyone, from the moment I walked in until I left, was very nice and caring. I will recomend this office to all my friends and family. I felt Dr. Ward was very pleasant and gentle. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Middletown Commons Family Dental is by the far the best office I've ever been to. When I called to make an appointment, they were friendly and able to see me within a week. It's located in Middletown Commons (hence the name) which is super convenient. Then the office itself! It is beautifully decorated, cheerful, and welcoming. They have a little iPad station for children, which as a mom with 2 under 3, I highly appreciated being made to feel welcome even with children. There's a small refrigerator that offers a variety of drinks, including Honest Kids apple juice boxes. There's also a Keurig coffee station and a great selection of magazines. And finally and most importantly, the doctor and technicians themselves; they are super friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. The technology they use is cutting edge and truly made my experience enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable!

Friendliest staff I have seen anywhere!

My teeth cleaning appointment was great today! I arrived thirty minutes early, they got me in and out in about 45 minutes. I scheduled the work needed for Tuesday of next week - so fast! Everyone was VERY nice and helpful! Will highly recommend to everyone!

I like the extended hours and the amount of days open a week. It's very clean and welcoming. Also, super convenient to my house! I appreciated the tablet for my daughter to play with, although there was a minimal wait time to be called back. I also liked the little snakes and coffee selection that was provided. All the staff was very friendly and each little room was big enough for my stroller to fit which was very helpful!

If I could give 6 stars i would. Every experience I have had with Middletown Commons Family Dental has exceeded my expectations. They make everything so convenient-I've scheduled appts. and gotten questions answered quickly via email multiple times. The entire staff is friendly and fully engaged...they patiently address all questions and concerns you may have and explain whatever procedure you're having thoroughly. And yeah, time flies when you are able to watch tv while getting a filling! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist, I'm very pleased.

I was happy Middletown Commons Family Dental has Saturday hours; very convenient for me. I was impressed with the office; decorated beautifully and very comfortable; TVs on the ceiling over your chair. Very fast and efficient service. Took my comfort into consideration. Friendly staff. Very organized. Would recommend to anyone!
