The service was seamlessly good, from the phone call making the appointment to having openings beginning the next day to seeing me on time to having friendly, courteous, smiling persons serving me at every phase to having competitive costs explained in detail to having Dr. Ward give an overall explanation of my dental well-being and a plan of care and a guarantee on the work to be done. The team did all things well. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered any concerns I had and made me feel very comfortable.

I was in desperate need of a root canal over a holiday weekend. I called my dentist who I had been going to for 18 years and didn't get a return call until the day after the holiday, while I was having the tooth fixed by Dr Ward. I left a message with her the day before, and she got back to me within a few hours to let me know she could get me in early the next morning. I found the office staff to be very professional and caring. They also offered an affordable payment plan. Dr Ward made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

MCFD was a very refreshing experience. My 4 year old and I felt very comfortable during the entire visit. The x-rays were all digital and very quick. The office staff were friendly and helpful with every question I had.

I was very impressed at my first visit to Dr. Laura Ward's dental practice today. Every staff member was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. They valued my time and put me at ease. My teeth are extremely sensitive and I was amazed at Dr. Ward's techniques to address that, and keep me as comfortable as possible. I have found a new home for my dental needs! We have had several wonderful experiences at this dental office, the doctor and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The office is in a very convenient location, the extended hours enable us to get appointments that don't interfere with work, and they offer multiple payment options along with accepting a wide variety on insurance plans. They were great with our kids and made a trip to the dentist a pleasant and positive experience.

Dr. Ward and staff are very kind and courteaus. They made sure with my procedure that I was 100 percent comfortable at all times and not in pain. I struggled going to the dentist for years because I could never find a dentist that could give me the care and comfort that Dr.Ward and her team have provided to me. I will now be lifetime patient with a bright new smile that I can be happy about thanks to this amazing group.

Every experience I have had so far as been top notch. I like how cute and cozy the office is. I also appreciate the fact that appointments are scheduled in such a way so as to not keep you waiting in the lobby for forever. The longest I've ever had to wait is 10 minutes tops. I enjoy how close and friendly the staff seems to be; it makes the experience better to be honest. I also love that they have their own personal insurance guru on hand to lay it out for you so you know exactly what to expect. It keeps the stress and worry of insurance coverage way down. I am so very happy to have found a great dentist office so close to home and I look forward to having a healthier, brighter smile all thanks to Middletown Commons Family Dental.
