Excellent experience- the staff was super courteous!! I loved how it is set up how you go in and then meet with someone to discuss your care and payment. The dental hygienist- Kim- was AMAZING!! She is awesome and put me right at ease. It was probably the best experience at the dentist that I've ever had!! My dentist was very efficient and pleasant!! I will definitely use them from now on.

I remain very impressed with Midtown Dental. Prompt appointment times are terrific. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have not had a bad hygienist there. Kia does a great job with a great temperament to go along with it. Overall terrific experience!! full recommendation for any new perspective client.

Midtown Dental was the third dentist office I received treatment at since moving to Lakeland in 2010. Now I'm there to stay! The entire staff has been extremely courteous, professional and competent. Dr Nerestant always gives me the straight scoop on what my treatment needs and options are. And Kim is by far the best hygenist I've ever had the opportunity to visit. She does an awesome job and is genuinely interested in my health and well being. I would highly recommend visiting Midtown Dental......I know you will be very satisfied!!

Good experience

Every time that I have had an appointment, the wait time is very minimal. The office is always presentable and I love Kia's, my hygienist, room theme. Kia takes pride in her job.

I have avoided going to the dentist for years because I don't like pain! From the moment I walked into Midtown Dental I felt a warmth and welcome that I have never experienced in any other dental office. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and caring. My appointment this morning with Kimberly was truly the best and the most comfortable experience I have ever had in a dental hygienist's chair! Honestly, I almost fell asleep! I now actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned and my mouth cared for when I go to Midtown Dental. I highly recommend Midtown Dental for anyone, but especially for cowards like me (smile) who don't like going to the dentist. Keep up the great work!

I began going to Midtown Dental this past year. The staff has always made me feel welcomed. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth (Kim), was very personable and professional. Loved how she had the room all decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great Dental practice.

Excellent treatment yesterday with the TLC from my favorite dental hygienist Kim!!!

I had a spa like experience during my 6 month check up. For one thing there was no waiting. The receptionist's greeting was warm and friendly. My dental hygienist Kim was an absolute gem. She explained everything that she was going to do and made me feel very at ease. The warm facial wrap at the end of my teeth cleaning was like the cherry on top. I would recommend Dr. Nerestant and his staff to everyone. When the consumer is the focal point and their cares and concerns are put first and it does not interfere with the integrity and craftsmanship of the work being done, then you know your in the right place. Thank you for treating me like I matter.

Kimberly is very kind and gentle. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is very professional and took time to explain procedures to me. Loved the back massage and music while having my teeth cleaned, more like a spa treatment than a visit to the dentist. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. Great experience!

My recent experience with the hygienist "KIM" was very comfortable & satisfying. Her office atmosphere and her demeanor was relaxing. It was the best cleaning I ever had. Kim is very professional and is an excellent hygenist with a great attitude. In my previous appt @ your office,when I had my teeth cleaned, I was very disappointed. There was no comparison. So happy to have KIM as my hygienist!!

I have always been comfortable at midtown dental the staff is great and the doctor is as good as the staff he also very good that is why i return after many years tried one or two but my confidence was here and found the staff the same as it was the great

My experience with Midtown Dental was superb. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a Dentist office. I had the pleasure of being Kim Sheets patient today and I felt like I was at a spa as opposed to the traditional dental environment. She placed a warm comfortable pillow behind my neck and the chair had a soothing massage feature as well. She was so careful during the cleaning that I could have drifted off for a nap but I enjoyed conversing with her instead. This was, by far, the best experience I've had with any dentist office and I will be returning in the future.

Everytime I have been to Midtown Dental the people there are polite and courteous to there patients. I get a little nervous sometimes going to the dentist. At Midtown they make sure you are comfortable before proceeding with dental procedures. I will continue to go to Midtown dental as there seems to be no competition here in lakeland, fl. Thanks staff keep up the good work.
