I have always had a positive experience when having dental care at Midtown. I have been a patient there for almost ten years.

Professional staff with a great bed/chair side manor! The costs out of pocket were discussed prior to service and the bill reflected that exact amount!! I would highly recommend Midtown Dental to my friends and family.

Very pleased withe treatment of my cleaning with Kim , no pain !!! Very relaxed visit hardly new i was getting my teeth cleaned, great treatment all around. Very friendly and personable. Thanks Claudettedette

I've been a patient for the past four years and there's not a time that i go there for me not to get a great service.

Ever since I was little, I've hated going to the dentist and put it off as much as possible...however, when I developed an infection and needed a tooth removed, I had not choice but to find a dentist. I found Midtown Dental through a random yahoo search...since my very first visit, they made me feel comfortable, and put me at ease...now I am a loyal Midtown-er and look forward to my appointment every 6 months. Kim is great! She is always personable and makes the experience fun. The entire staff is warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make a trip to the dentist painless!!

I'm a new patient at Midtown dental,and my first experience has been awesome. All of the staff members from the front desk, x-ray, hygienist and the doctor were very kind. Midtown dental is a much different experience than any dentist I've been to. They make you feel so important and comfortable from the moment you walk into the door. My experience at Midtown dental was a very friendly and personable one. My dental hygienist Kim was awesome. She is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. Her room was very calming. Especially with her awesome taste in music. I give Midtown dental five stars. I would highly suggest them to anyone.

My husband & I have been going to Midtown Dental for several years now. We have always been happy with the outcome. Dr Nerestant did an excellent job on my root canal and his follow phone call was comforting. My husband & I especially enjoy being pampered by our hygienist, Kim. She is really gentle & cares. Kim is very thorough in examining not just your teeth but your mouth & throat as well.

Kim, my Dental Hygienist, is wonderful. She cares so much about her patients. Kim is always willing to answer any questions I have and offer advice on how to keep my teeth in good condition. I have been coming to Midtown Dental so many years that I don't even remember when I started coming to the office. I will keep coming to Midtown Dental because of Kim, Dr. Nerestant, and the staff!

I have been coming to Midtown Dental for several years. I have had wisdom teeth extracted and I am currently being treated for periodontal disease. I have a great hygienist, her name is Kim. Kim makes you feel at ease and helps you understand proper dental care to reduce pain and further erosion from the disease. The staff is nice as well and attentive. I have recommended Midtown Dental to everyone I know. One of the main reasons for the referrals are because of the cleanliness of the premises and the updated technology that they use. Everyone's experience is not always the same but I have no complaints with Midtown Dental and hope everyone else's is as pleasant as well.

The people were very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their job. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his explanation of what I needed. It was a very good experience. Brittney was a pleasure to have cleaning my teeth.

The receptionists are friendly and courteous. The waiting time is usually minimal. Any questions about dental work is answered fully and in a timely manner. My dental hygienist, Kim was very professional, friendly, and a good sense of humor. She also put me at ease, because going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do.

Having been born with a cleft palate and under going surgery at 22 months of age; I was sent to dental specialists until age 15. but once I went off to college I was able to go to local dentist. now at 60 , I've had a half dozen different dentist. They have all been competent ; but the folks at Midtown Dental are far and away the most professional yet still compassionate and under standing I have ever dealt with . I would recommend them to all.

I have been going to Midtown Dental for a few years now. Each time I was greeted with smiles, kindness, and a great deal of professionalism. This treatment was found throughout the office of Midtown Dental. To add to the fact that the staff was very courteous, I never had to wait long periods of time to be seen by the Dentist or the financial advisor. During treatment plans, I discovered that I was valued as a person as well as a patient.William Nerestant and AND the financial advisor discussed my dental plan and options.

I love Midtown Dental. Staff are great, there is not a lot of wait time. I have no complaints at all. My insurances covers cleanings so if any out of pocket payments are needed they are minimal. Definitely recommend Midtown Dental.

LAST VISIT WAS A CLEANING WITH KIM AND SHE WAS WONDERFUL, TELLING ME EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING, VERY HELPFUL. I FELT COMPLETELY AT EASE, AS ALWAYS WITH DR N, BETSIE, AND JOAN. DESK HELP VERY POSITIVE. OVERALL 5 STAR. BIT EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT. THANKS MIDTOWN DENTAL STAFF.

Since my first conversation with Midtown Dentist I was impressed with the staff’s customer service. I set up an appointment for a consultation to find out exactly what my options were; including the cost of the procedure and financial options. At the time of appointment I explained what I was going through and what I wanted to accomplish. The doctor explained the options, procedures involved, and what to expect during that time. I was very satisfied with the procedure chosen, the compassion during procedure and the professional relationship that remains. I would recommend this office to my family and friends and to anyone that may need their professional services.

I was in need of a major reconstruction involving every tooth in my mouth. Both the upper and lower teeth needed extensive work and/or a combination of implants and restoration. After months of searching for the right dentist I came upon Dr. Nerestant at Midtown Dental. From the very first meeting, he exuded absolute competence, caring and concern for my dental health as well as the unfavorable impact on my overall health. During our early discussions we agreed on a price for the extensive work he was to perform. Dr. Nerestamt provided a detailed treatment plan and related pricing including several discounts where they applied. A new standard for those practicing medicine was reached. As the almost year long treatment plan began, the entire support staff and dental assistants were extremely responsive to my needs and provided remarkable care. The plan required several separate and distinctly different surgical procedures. To further display his concern, Dr. Nerestant either called me or sent emails from his personal email to check on my condition. On one occasion, Dr. Nerestant was willing to open the office on a Sunday (during his vacation) to provide care when I needed it. He also responded to any questions when both of us were traveling to opposite ends of the country. Clearly, the leadership Dr. Nerestant experienced as a USAF officer and man were displayed at every opportunity. His caring for others, his honesty, commitment, listening skills, respect for others, enthusiasm, while holding his staff accountable for delivering excellent service was remarkable. I wouldn't wish anybody to be in need of the kind of extensive dental treatment I needed. But if you were, Dr. Nerestant and the staff at Midtown Dental could make a difference in your life - the sure made a difference in mine.
