Communication was clear and responsive, which made the entire experience stress-free. The quality of training was excellent. The instructor was very patient, professional, and supportive throughout the lessons. His explanations were clear and practical, and he made sure I understood not just what to do, but why it was important. My overall experience was very positive. The instructor’s helpful and detailed instruction significantly improved my driving skills and confidence. I feel much better prepared for the road test thanks to his training.

His lessons are well organized, professional, and easy to follow. I especially value that he provides a clear grading and review at the end of each lesson — I received this both in my first lesson and again most recently, which has been extremely helpful for understanding my progress. (I did not get it with my second class with Jamie) I also want to thank the administrative team for arranging his lesson for me when there was a cancellation. My experience was well for the 5 hour pre licensing course my instructor was very nice and went over all the steps for proper and safe driving and including right aways so no accidents can happen during the road test and after my instructor name was Jan O Yisrael.
