Great quality training and very informative from driving instructor Janna

Today, I had Kevin Scott as my driving instructor. I had him before back on August 2nd, 2025 as well 5 weeks ago during my first driving lesson. He is very patient and calm who is super helpful with his guidence and techniques allowing me to stay calm and not feel pressured at all in any situation. Whoever is taking driving lessons with him, you're going to have an excellent instructor because he's really one of the best instructors I had! He keeps track of your progress along the way to see how you're doing. I will have him again next time in 2 weeks and I feel like my confidence is starting to really build up thanks to him being very patient with me and being helpful.

Driving instructor today, Andrey Kotenkov was such an excellent instructor teaching me all the things I didn't even know about when learning how to drive and what to expect for the road test. He taught and gave me thorough examples and a visual demonstration on how to parallel park properly which I was then able to parallel park well all thanks to his guidance. He was patient, awesome and encouraging. I highly recommend him! He is a great instructor to have if you ever have him for your driving lesson. I'll see him again next month.

I have only had one lesson so far with Bruce F Thornton at New York Auto School, but he was very patient and professional. His calm and clear teaching style helped me feel less nervous and gave me more confidence behind the wheel. Scheduling my driving lessons has taken a bit longer than I expected. After my first class with Mr. Thornton, the next lesson with another instructor had to be canceled because the instructor suddenly became sick, and since I can only attend on weekends, it was postponed to the following week. Although I was a little disappointed by the delay, my family and I still believe the school will help me become a confident driver and pass the road test. That’s why we decided to purchase an additional 10-hour package, and I sincerely hope the upcoming lessons can be scheduled sooner and more smoothly to maintain better training continuity. I truly appreciate everyone’s hard work in supporting me with my driving lessons and preparing for the road test.

I had an excellent experience with New York Auto School, thanks to my instructor David. David instructed in a professional, patient, and clear manner. David told me everything that I needed to know to drive in order for me to feel at ease in the car despite it being my first time. David also discussed road safety and ensured that I was able to pass the test and become a good driver. I found it simple to arrange the lessons and the school accommodated my timing. David came on time and was keen on ensuring I learned effectively in every lesson. Because of his guidance, I feel fully prepared for the test

Dan Lucas was one of the best Instructors I’ve ever met. He made teaching seamless and was enthusiastic when explaining the proper maintenance on a vehicle, the overview of getting a license, and how to parallel park and 3 point turns! Thank You Dan!

Very good instructor. Now that I have finished two sessions, I have 2 more sessions to do before my road test. As discussed with you, 1 session should be near my road test date and the final session should be on the test date, according to what we discussed. Correct me if I am wrong. I would like to spend some time on parallel parking in the last two sessions, as I don't really have an experience with parallel parking and it will be tested during the road test. Thanks, Paul
