Michael James is a great instructor. He is very calm and knowledgeable. He delivered direction clearly while I was driving. His calm demeanor kept me focused on the task at hand. I highly recommend Michael.

I just only had one hour class from mr. Michael. He is a super fantastic driving teacher . Full credits to him . They way he explained everything about what to do and not to do while driving, trust me no one else can replace him. Thank you so much sir for you time spent with me. Marvin was really great. Gave me the right pointers and it was really helpful to have that before the road test. Also, right before the road test while we were waiting, his talk really calm me down and gave me confidence. And I passed! thanks to him!

Today was my son‘s fifth hour of driving instruction with the driver school. He was lucky enough to have Bruce today. By far his best lesson. I could completely see a difference in his driving after his lesson. If we can get back on Bruce’s shedule we will buy some more lessons.

I passed my road test today and really thank you NY Auto School. All the three instructors that I have worked with are excellent and professional. From my main instructor Joel who was very patient and taught me all basic skills, to Joe D. who gave me useful tips in my two sessions with him, and Bruce who took me to the road test, was very polite and helped me not be nervous. And the ladies at the office Wendy and Ana are also very helpful. Everything went smoothly and thank you again!

Chris is learning such good driving skills at NY auto school with Joseph DeFrancesco as his driving instructor for his last 2 lessons. Chris says Joseph is a great instructor and he's learning a lot of safety tips from him. I've seen so much improvement with Chris' driving after his lessons and we are both very pleased. Also very grateful to Joseph for notifying us and returning Chris' wallet when he left it in his car after last week's lesson!
