The instructor (Mario) came on time in the morning before my road test and prepared me well for the test. I was picked up at home in White Plains for driving test to take place in New Rochelle. Very convenient. I passed the driving test in first go, also due to perfect instructions and hints provided by instructor and the Auto School. Thank you

I have been using New York Auto Schooo since I got my permit. I have had the pleasure of working with a few instructors there. Yesterday I took my road test with Mario. Shortly before the test Mario showed me a parallel parking technique that helped me pass my test and recieve my license. If you are looking for a driving school to help you out, New York Auto School is the one!

Carlos was excellent. Our daughter passed her test. Wendy at the office is very decent and fair. We had an old credit from a year ago and she gladly applied that to a lesson. That's good customer service.

Convenient home pick-up in a great car, clearly marked as a driving school vehicle - I think this is a great safety feature to alert other drivers to be careful with a student driver (better than just a small yellow sticker like other driving schools in the area) Carlos the instructor was very patient, professional and imparted very good advice, of the kind my previous driver's Ed instructors did not. He had a very friendly and encouraging attitude, giving me confidence and improving my driving skills.

My teacher was Grace who helped me prepare for my road test through driving lessons. She was a wonderful teacher and helped break down all the parts of driving for me - steering control, breaking, accelerating, parallel parking, the three-point turn, and so on. Grace was patient and understanding and pointed out where I needed to improve, and gave me encouragement as well. I passed my road test with flying colors. Thanks so much!!

My instructor was incredibly effective and helpful. He explained everything in depth, took time to answer questions, and made me feel less anxious about driving in general. The class was upbeat, interesting, and informative. I had a good experience and felt that the quality of training was very useful! My only suggestion would be updating the drunk driving film -- people did not take it as seriously as they should/could have.

David (Diego) Cruz was excellent. Lots of fun doing the course with him and he got this points across well. As a driver of 40 years myself (am 57 years old and got my UK license when I was 17) I appreciated his manner in dealing with a wide range of driving experience in his class. He has excellent good teacher/learning skills. The video with the model cars is not much good. Try and do that again. it goes too fast.

I had my test today & passed with zero faults. I credit this to Mario. I couldn't have passed without him. He is calm & patient & has always been reassuring right upto this afternoon. I will start by saying how nervous I was about learning to drive. However, from the start Mario put me completely at ease & I've always felt very comfortable with him. He is a very professional, knowledgable & supportive instructor. I would highly recommend him to any first time learner or someone coming back to try to past their test after several years off the road as I have been. I have not yet taken my test but have so much more confidence now than I ever thought possible. Big thanks to Mario.

The driving instructor that I had was excellent! He came all the way to the Bx to get me and he gave me the time I needed to practice prior to the test. Mr. Norman gave me great advice and a great lesson. I only had him one time and that was prior to my test and I passed first try!! I Will recommend him to everyone I know!! I needed my license so bad and I cant even express how greatful I am to have had him for that 1hr before my test. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
