Nice staff Excellent knowledge Will come back again for sure

A person could not ask for a more professional group of folks. My wait time was zero. They called in my prescriptions and made my ‘sick day’ turn into a ‘feel better’ day! Thank you.

Front desk receptionist, nurse, doctor all very pleasant. That makes such a huge difference to me in whether I will go back to a place or not. I was a patient for a doctor in town for years and get going there because his staff is so rude. He is not but his staff is horrible. Keep up the pleasant atmosphere at your facility. It speaks volumes!

I was very happy, and every one there is pretty easy going and nice. And talk to u like a patient and not a number.

Awesome experience today. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. We were seen right away, nurse Kyle was very good with Mya. She had a fever and was very emotional but he explained what everything was and what he needed to do very well to her. Doctor was also awesome, very good with Mya and explained what Mya had going on and what I needed to do from here. We will def be returning in the future. our previous experiences with Mercy’s urgent care have been awful so I’m glad to have this urgent care here to go to now.

There was no one waiting and they got me in quickly and took care of me efficiently. My whole visit took 30 minutes, and I’m very complimentary of the staff and doctors.

I was so thankful that they could do everything right there, even though we didn’t need an X-ray or blood drawn. They were all very friendly and they called to check on my son, which was sweet.

This was the first time we have had an emergency on a weekend and needed help. Although not life threatening, the pain from an embedded fishhook is pretty bad! The staff were all very cordial and engaging and the medical care was fast and efficient. One day later, he is healing and back out fishing. We recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who needs quick, professional care. Thanks again to everyone there!

Very friendly and professional I was in and put quickly. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in. Dr. Ferrell was great he explained everything clearly and precisely. Kenneth was very professional taking vitals and asking thorough questions about symptoms and left me feeling very confident about my care.

I was very satisfied with my first visit in all 3 areas. My doctor actually listened to me and explained everything and did the needed tests. I will definitely return the next time I need this care.

I have visited this location with 3 different children ranging from ages 15-6 on 3 different occassions for minor issues. They have always been very quick, and the process is very smooth. All 3 visits we have had great staff from the receptionist, to the tech/nurse, and the physician. We had to go to urgent care since the pediatrician didn't have any available appointments. The follow-up call is a great added bonus as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs great care quickly.

Overall, I had an OK experience, they tried to start an IV seven (7) times, with no luck due to my dehydration. I was disappointed that the medical paperwork that was sent home with me only stated they tried to start an IV once.

Upon entering I was greeted with a welcome and “Can I help you”? From that moment until I walked out the door I had the best service and treatment. Coming out within one hour was unexpected and amazing. Coming out with a broken wrist was not expected or amazing. But I was grateful and impressed with the care I received. Thanks to all the staff.
