Love this Urgent Care. I got in very quickly & needed to be out by 9:00. Everyone was very nice & efficient. I was only 5 minutes late to my job. Thank you for the awesome & quick visit! I would definitely recommend this urgent care over any others. Friendly & accommodating! Thank you! Colleen

We have been here twice and each time the staff has been absolutely amazing! They help my son start to feel better each time, as soon as we arrive, even before he is prescribed any medicine. The people here are caring and are far and few in between in this world. This is a wonderful urgent care. I honestly do not have one complaint.

Front desk person very nice. Then it didn't take long to get in. Everyone was very pleasant and Doctor was right there. Took care of me and sent Rx to pharmacy and I was on my way. Thank you all!

Everyone was very courteous to me. I was taken care of almost immediately, which is very important when you feel so. Crummy. Totally good experience. If I have a problem again, I will come back. I will also let family and friends the excellent service I received.. Thank you.

Our Urgent Care is a great place. Fast and very thorough care. I go there more than I see my regular doctor because you need no appointment and the service is as fast as they can possibly treat you for your personal care. The people are very friendly and courteous. There is nothing bad I can possibly say about them or the service.

The visit was great very little waiting time and the Dr was excellent taking time to explain things and answer questions. When i left I was wishing that this was my primary care Dr and Clinic

All of the above were met in my visit today. The best thing that you could have done was bring Dr. Tom Farrell on board. He is, and have always been a champion for quality health care. He is very compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to the ER for a severe migraine and dat for 5 hours with no attention to my issue. Dr. Farrell made me feel better by talking to me about available options.

There was no wait. I got right in and everyone was very friendly. I had a rash on my foot and the Doctor did not hesitate to call the director of the facility for their help. This was last Monday and today my foot looks so much better and it’s almost cleared up.

I was very pleased with the service and the staff at the time of my visit. I was very uncomfortable with a UTI and they were prompt in getting me into a room and diagnosing my problem. Everyone was friendly and quick.....which allowed me to get back to my family who were waiting for me to celebrate Mothers Day. I would recommend Our Urgent Care to everyone....thank you!

Never Going Back. First time I was really happy with the care. However... Not so impressed any longer. Originally sought care at the Washington, MO location because they told me they are NOT affiliated with MERCY only to find out that they are Using Mercy Doctors!! My daughter is not well and I feel didnt get adequate care and now have to get another opinion! And unfortunately the treating physician yesterday Dr. Ratcliff had Terrible Bedside Manner! Made my daughter feel Very Uncomfortable and myself as well when he wanted to listen to her lungs.. did not tell us before sticking hand up back of shirt until he was already under it. She’s 15, not an infant. Then snapped at me when I asked a question during his examination of her. This physician seemed to be in denial of our chief complaints of her symptoms and therefore really gave us no real help and was so unprofessional, in my opinion and my daughters. Very frustrated with the whole visit and will Not Recommend to anyone who has Flank Pain/lack of urination or severe sinus infection or even a simple ingrown toenail or Any other health issue so long as they have that doctor there!
