It was an excellent experience! I came because of Becca! She does instrument cleaning which I prefer. She is very thorough. I also like that you said, "We'll keep an eye on it" rather than immediately jumping to an expensive procedure.

I was very pleased with my visit to your office. I can't remember ever having a Dentist take that much time,going over the health of my teeth with me and helping me understand what needs to be done next. I feel very confident with the care that will be given to me in upcoming appointments. The staff is very friendly, and Gail helped me understand insurance and payment.

I was there for the first time for an examination and cleaning. All the personnel were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be that your hygienist be a bit more gentle when doing a periodontal probing. I found it a little uncomfortable as compared to when it's done at the peridontist's office. I appreciate her concern for my dental health and the information she sent to the periodontist. I saw Diane at that office yesterday and had a thorough cleaning and antibiotic treatment in the one area of concern. We will keep monitoring it and keep you informed.

I was not able to rate 1-5 on this review so I will write it. Everything about Dr. Gallagher and his staff was top notch. I was made to feel comfortable and was well taken care of. I was impressed with how gentle I was made to feel and the doctor didn't just rush me through to get the job done. Their feedback and follow-up was the best I have ever dealt with. Not only will I go back as well as my family I will tell anyone needing a dentist that Dr. Gallagher is the one to go to! Rick B

It was 7yrs since i went to dentist and having no insurance the choice was definitely mine. Dr. Gallagher and all his team is superior! Gail at front desk greeted me as if she knew me or at the very least was happy to meet me. I had NO bad experience and am actually looking forward to next appt.jane flagler

Such friendly people, from the front desk to all of the dental assistants. Dr. Gallagher was very informative, sensitive and kind. My first visit was excellent. Your office is decorated beautifully and is relaxing and calming. Thanks for everything.

Extremely efficient from the time you check in to check in. Dr. Gallagher has a great bedside manner. I decided to change dentists due to my travel schedule (was with the same dental office for 25 years) and needed more flexibility. The office offers Saturday, early and later times. I would recommend the dental office to anyone.

My children have al been to Dr. Gallagher before me and they said he had a really great staff and an wonderful off, when I finally got in for my appointment, I was also very impressed. It was not just a routine check-up, the doctor took extra time to talk to my about my teeth and care options. My teeth bright and clean and I left with bleaching samples. It was great care from beginning to end!

The extra care Dr. Gallagher gives is exceptional. I really likes that he takes the time to talk face to face w/ you. Best cleaning ever and x-rays were easier b/c they took the time to fit them to my small mouth.

I was dreading my dentist appointment as I had not been to a dentist is several years. Dr Gallagher has a very friendly, competent staff. Dr Gallagher is friendly, very gentle, thorough, and doesn't lecture about what you haven't been doing to take care of your teeth. He lets you know how your teeth and gums are and possible options for any problems with no pressure to do a lot of expensive treatments immediately. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dentist is thorough but gentle talking with me during visit and explaining the process in a way to keep me informed while making sure I was comfortable during the visit. Overland Park Family Dental has been one of the best dental offices I have ever gone to. Great location, clean office and friendly staff. The email and text reminders are great! Dr. Gallagher is detailed in his work and very friendly. I don't really have improvement ideas except for a few super small things. The glasses that patients wear are not very comfortable and they tend to slide around a lot. Maybe just getting some more fitted glasses to wear. It would also just be nice to ask patient if what is on the TV is ok to watch while they are having work done, it is just a nice gesture. Lastly, when Dr. Gallagher is talking with patients, he may have to move chair to face patient. The rooms are beautiful but it is small so I know it is not easy to move chair to face patient at beginning and end of appt. when going over any questions about dental care. Nothing big of course but just personable.

Received excellent service. Upon entering was warmly greeted by Gail and put right to ease. My three year old was a little apprehensive at first but the staff made him feel very comfortable. Dr. Gallagher was very good about walking you through each step he was taking as well as making small talk to keep you comfortable and engaged. Wonderful experience all around!
