I have been a patient of Dr. Dassenko for six years now and my experience has always been top notch. I cannot recommend her or her staff enough. The administrative team is competent and responsive. The hygienists are caring, attentive, and skilled. The quality of care is excellent and I am always more than comfortable when I am there. My experience with hygienist Elizabeth over the last several years has been worthy of an A+. Highly recommend.

I always look forward to my dentist appts here! How many people can really say that about their dentist office? I love all of the hygienists that work here and Dr. Ramirez is super thorough and knowledgeable. I rarely wait in the waiting room and feel that they are always on time and quick. The Dassenko - Ramirez team offers top Quality dentistry in a hygienic setting that is a pleasure in which to be a patient, The equipment is modern and the staff highly educated and open to questions and repartee. Very comfortable and pleasant setting. Upon arrival in San Luis Obispo more than 20 years ago, my family and I became regular patients, and the fine condition of my teeth and gums is a tribute to their effective care and on-going instructions for wise procedures and timely avoidance of dental problems. A five-star plus for dental health !!! Easy appointment procedures and laughter encouraged.

As always my experience at the dentist was excellent. Just got my teeth cleaned, and the hygienist did an excellent job. Going to the dentist has not been my favorite thing to do in the past, but I must say that experience with Dr. Dassenko and Dr. Ramirez over the last several years has changed my view of going to the dentist. My dental health h improved! As always, I would recommend this dental practice to my friends.

I've been going to Dr. Dassenko's office for decades, since we moved to the area from out of state. All the folks there have always had my best interests at heart, and have worked miracles to make appointments easy, re-schedules easy, visits as comfy as possible, and most of all keep my teeth healthy (I'm not very good at that on my own). I've 100% confidence in recommending this dentist office!

I have been a patient for 15 years, and I am always happy with the care I receive. This starts with the courtesy and consideration of the people at the front desk through all other kinds of care. Several hygienists have cleaned my teeth. All have been considerate, careful, and thorough. I have had various treatments from both Carrie Ramirez, Pam Dassenko and several chair-side assistants. In every case I was very satisfied with the outcome. I also want to compliment the whole practice for a comfortable, clean, and entertaining office space. Halloween 2016, "The Fish Bowl" rated as an example of a fine art "installation." But, better yet, it made me laugh! And, I know there always will be a magazine I want to read if I arrive early or have to wait. The professional quality of the dental care may be the most important, but the care and consideration of everyone makes a visit a pleasure.

Today Pam Dassenko put in a filling in a very, very difficult place (I have a tiny mouth, and the filling had to go in the back of the last tooth). She was cheerful, pleasant, professional, efficient, ... just the best. I have been with Dr. Dassenko for many years now and have nothing but praise. She makes each patient feel comfortable and at ease. There is no one better. (And the office staff are superb!!!!!! I almost want to drop by just to see them as well.)

I have been comfortable from day-one with the professional care from Dr. Dassenko and Dr. Ramirez and that caliber of care comes from the Hygienists on their staff, without exception. And no pain!

In the past 15 years this office has provided excellent care for all of my dental requirements. Several complicated problems were handled expertly by Dr. Dassenko. I recommend this practice as the most competent staff in the San Luis Obispo area.

Whenever I go to the dentist I still have to brush away my childhood anxieties that still linger today. Of course my dentist at that time in the Midwest went to the Doc Holiday School of Dentistry so no longer do I get a shot of whiskey to numb the effect. Instead I am met with a courteous staff and expert quality care. I am impressed with the ability of the staff to stay current as well as leading edge of technology. And although I still cringe at the sound of the drill heading towards the O.K. Coral, I know I am in good hands and the experience will meet and exceed all of my expectations. What a great team Pam and Carrie are. My dentist retired after being my dentist for over forty five years. I was very nervous about going to a new dentist. Dr. Dassenko was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I followed up and went. She is professional with an excellent bed side manor. The office is very clean and has a great warm vibe to it. I had a filling done and felt no discomfort what so ever, she never left my side while she waited for the novacaine to take effect. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed with know pain, thank you. Danielle, Pams assistant, has a bright future in dentistry. She's caring, concerned, knowledgeable and thoughtfill. The front desk staff is very easy to work with. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit to your office as pleasant as possible.

Every time I go to the office everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Making an appointment is very easy and her text message reminders help me very much. I appreciate their flexibility when scheduling an appointment. The professionalism in the office and knowledge is very vast and evident when they explain what's going on in my mouth and how to improve my oral care. I appreciate that the staff seem to be beyond up-to-date on current education and proud to share that knowledge. I really enjoy my experiences at this office.

How fortunate I was to discover this wonderful dental service some 20 years ago! I have an unusual, potentially disastrous dental condition for which I had received questionable treatment plans from other dentists. Dr. Dassenko and her staff saved my teeth. After an appointment with Dr. Ramirez, I see she is the same kind of knowledgeable and caring person as the rest of the staff. My regular cleanings are a vital part of my dental health and I'm so grateful for what I've learned from those skilled technicians. I have been a patient of Dr. Dassenko's for close to 20 years. The professionalism and the quality of dentistry found in this office is outstanding. In addition to regular check-ups, I have received crowns, an implant and veneers. I decided to get veneers because of some tooth issues. It was not an easy decision and I will always be grateful to the entire staff for walking me through the process. And I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! Dr. Dassenko also consults regularly with my periodontist. Dr. Dassenko has helped me maintain a healthy mouth and this girl is most thankful!

Best dental care in the county! The care I've received is top-notch, compared to past experiences with other dental offices elsewhere in California. I have been going to Dr. Pam Dassenko's dental practice since 2003 (on the recommendation of my wife). I had not been to a dentist for many, many years due to my aversion to dentistry since I was a kid. However, my experience with Pam, Dr. Ramirez and their staff was very enlightening. They are all extremely competent, efficient (minimal waiting at appointments) and very pleasant. I now go to them regularly (several times a year) for cleaning as well as periodontal work and fillings as needed. I have been very satisfied with their work and I no longer feel uncomfortable going to the dentist. (I never thought I would say that.)
