The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Victoria did my cleaning which was very thorough and did a great job. She answered all my questions, was very nice and professional. She made me aware of many different services provided but wasn't pushy. These locally owned offices are soooo much better than those national chain offices. Never going back to one of those. I will definitely be returning to Pf Family Dentistry!

Trying to find a good dentist can be difficult, especially when you're new to an area! I really wanted one dental office for my whole family, that could service my needs as someone with nerve damage caused by a jaw tumor removal, my children's needs as young patients, etc. We've been here a few times now and are thoroughly satisfied! The office is impeccably maintained, with a waiting room that is comfortable, kid-friendly, clean, and also boasts a beverage counter. The staff is courteous and kind. They always smile at my kids and make them feel welcomed. The hygienists are patient with my kids, and understanding of my condition and the sensitivity and pain it causes for cleanings. The dentist has a great bedside manner and seems very knowledgeable. There are even tvs with armchair speakers so the kids can watch Netflix while getting their teeth cleaned! They offer blankets, music, stress balls... it's quite simply put, as relaxing an experience as possible for me, given that the dentist is something I dread because of my situation. I highly recommend the place!

Pflugerville family dentistry is probably the best dental office we've ever been to. Amazing staff who are very friendly, caring, and treat you like a person, not just a patient. Anytime we have had to come in for any adjustment of any kind, the staff finds us the the soonest appointment available. I would highly recommend Pflugerville family dentistry to everyone I know!

This was the best dentist experience I've ever had. I usually dread going to the dentist because I have very sensitive gums and it is usually a painful experience. Megan took her time and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. I'll definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends.

They were all nice, helpful, and professional. They did not rush to get to the next patient,they took their time to help me and explain whats going on with my teeth.

The staff is friendly and really care. The hygenists are cool and they even let you watch Netflix! It's very affordable and I recommend getting a cleaning every 3 months.

The staff at Pflugerville Family Dentistry is absolutely WONDERFUL. I felt so welcome and comfortable and each and every worker I saw had either a smile or something nice to say to me. The dentists were both very polite and told me everything I needed to know and were more than willing to work with me to get the ideal care for my teeth. Everything from scheduling to being greeted with a warm smile and handshake upon arrival at my appointment were very nice. The hygienist was one of the best I've ever had. Some don't really care about getting you clean,but not her! She did a wonderful job. The Dentist had excellent bedside manner and seemed to really care about me. He wasn't in a rush to get to his next patient. They didn't leave me waiting in the chair either, the apt was very quick. It made me feel very special. Couldn't ask for more! Everything was amazing until I got to the billing lady. She was saying the policy for scheduling fillings/dental work was that I had to pay half upfront in order to even schedule the appointment...she compared it to buying a ticket in advance to go on an airplane. Hahaha. I'm sorry but I've never heard of paying upfront for dental work, and I'm pretty sure no one thinks getting a filling is comparable to going on a trip. I'm still contemplating going somewhere else for my filings bcs of her. My experience with billing people is if they are hard to get along with within a couple minutes it's usually a bad sign of things to come. Which is very sad bcs everyone else was so amazing.

Quality of care, comfort and friendliness were top notch. The personnel from the front office to the team in the back made the atmosphere very relaxed. Nothing was done without a fully detailed explanation being given The team continually checked on my pain level during the procedure and immediately stopped at the first sign of any discomfort. Dr. Mun and his entire team never made me feel like they were rushing through the procedure. Slow and steady wins the race.....and also leads to return patients!!!
