I have had a ton of dental work in the last 6 months here. I had a cracked tooth that caused a serious infection. I knew I had to get something done after not going to the dentist for 15 years. I tried another local Pflugerville dentist but they seemed to be only interested in giving me the most expensive options. Dr Wang was honest about a root canal not likely holding for very long, and explained everything and what the best options were. That sold me on this place. From the front desk staff to the hygienists - they are all fantastic. Your comfort really is #1 here. If I fet the slightest pain, they would fix it. I had 2 teeth and 4 wisdoms pulled here and it was nothing. I went to work right after (though I was suggested not to by them). But They do such good work, I have never been in any real pain. I have been here about 10 times in 6 months getting everything done that I needed to get done. I haven't had any bad experiences.

So pleased with the attention and care by the staff and dentists at PFD. After a terrible experience, I came to PFD for a second opinion and truly am so happy I did. The quality of care, the attentiveness of the staff and the kindness we have been shown have been top notch. I highly recommend PFD to anyone looking for a new dental care provider.

I had a great experience on my first visit! I generally avoid the dentist as much as possible but couldn't put off a visit any longer. My husband had been to this location and recommended I give them a try. I was first impressed by the very friendly staff I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment and again when they called to confirm. I was greeted by an equally friendly staff member when I arrived. I liked the ease of filling out the paperwork and the option to either fill out on paper or using an iPad. My hygienist was very friendly and gentle. I felt like she did a good, thorough job during my cleaning. I knew I had cavities going in and that was confirmed. Dr. Wong was very personable during her review of my X-rays and explaining what she saw. They were even able to fit me in for my fillings later that morning. Dr. Wong and her assistant were very gentle and understanding of my uneasiness. They went at a slow pace, asking me often if I was OK. I always felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit. I appreciated that they were able to give me a price for services before I received them. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. As long as I can go here, I don't feel like I need to avoid the dentist any longer.

The service I received yesterday was outstanding. They very clearly explained everything that they were going to do to my teeth and the procedures were gentle and thorough. It was definitely the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist.

I am promptly greeted at the door when I first walk in. I thourough check in is done and expectations are covered by front representative. I am greeted promply by dental assistance and expectations are again stated and met throughout the entire procedure. The Doctor makes me feel comfortable and approachable to any concerns or questions. Procedure is finished with in a reasonable timeframe. After completion of the procedure the accounting staff is very warm and friendly. They look into what is best for me and the most convenient for the next appointment. They are open to questions and able to give an explaination upon request.In summary, the overall experience with Pflugerville Family Dentisrty is rated very high in excellence. It ranks higher than any medical or dental office I have been to before. Thank you for allowing me to provide this feedback.

Okay so, I haven't been to the dentist in about two years. Being young and not growing up to think that your oral health was as important as your over all health I never went. I probably went about 4 times in my life. So I was worried that I was going to be judged and kinda looked at weird but I wasn't. They didn't even say a thing, they just talked about my teeth and what I needed to do to get it back up to health. I was so thankful and it made me so comfortable. The person cleaning my teeth was funny, and made my experience so relaxing. The doctor actually took his time with me, even though I didn't ask any questions it was good to know that I could and I wouldn't inconvenience him. I know that this dentist is going to be the one I go to, the staff is so enjoyable and compared to all the other ones it didn't hurt to clean my teeth. So thank you, I'll be seeing your guys soon!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was worried about pain and noises during my procedure and they took care of both Concerns. They gave me headphones and I felt nothing! Great experience.

I was so impressed with my appointment today at Pflugerville Family Dentistry. The office staff was so friendly, and they truly go out of their way to make sure your experience is exceptional. The hygienist was very thorough and took her time, explaining everything she was doing and pointing out to me any areas of concern. Dr. Munn was by far one of the nicest dentists I've had! He makes you feel very much at ease. The entire staff really went out of their way to make my visit as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Pflugerville Family Dentistry and know this is where I plan to have all of my dental services from now on.

As you all are aware, I am very afraid of the dentist. Your whole staff makes me feel welcome and each one has helped lessen my anxiety.
