the work was fantastic! The crew was attentive and thorough. Very pleasant to work with. they cleaned the couch and it looks new. the room with pet odors smells like nothing (which is wonderful). I was able to get an appt the same week I called. I thought it was a little pricey but the cost was discussed before they started any work, and to be honest, you get what you pay for. I feel it was very worth it. Unfortunately, can't afford to have it done every six months or so, but every two years is do-able.

i would highly recommend pro team to anyone looking for fast, friendly and efficient carpet cleaning. they were very nice and easy to deal with. did an excellent job at a great price. 5/5 would use again.
