My brand new carpet was off gassing chemicals that were making me sick. Your technician knew just what to do to begin washing out the toxins and smell. He went slow with the hot steam to give it time to penetrate the carpet. A few days later, there is still an odor that will take time to resolve, but it's definitely improved. Pro Team worked with my schedule to come out as soon as possible, and the price was lower than I expected. I'm very happy with the company and its services.

Brandon was a wonderful trooper. I appreciate his responsiveness to cleaning my carpet and recliner. He was done before I expected and my carpets were clean and almost dry within the hour. I really appreciate when he had to clean my aunts chair outside in the hot sun in the heat of the day. She can not stand dirt or smells and wanted him to clean the chair outside. Thank you for making an old lady happy in so many ways.
