My carpet looks AMAZING now! I had a ton of nasty spots everywhere. They explained the cleaning process to me. They were professional and showed me the 2 spots they couldn't remove. (They were spots I had dripped paint from painting my room. lol) I've already recommended them to a friend. The scheduling was super easy & they even arrived earlier & were done in a jiffy. Great quality & great people. Thank you.

This is our second time using Pro Team Carpet Cleaning. We just got a new puppy and now that she's fully potty trained, we needed the carpets cleaned. Pro Team did a fantastic job, again!! They address any problem areas that we were concerned with, and went above what they were going to do originally to make sure that we would be happy with the finished result. And we are!! The carpet is clean, and smells wonderful. Chris, the technician, was very nice and knowledgeable. Will be using again for sure!

They were professional in every way. When making the appointment it was easy and she answered all of my questions. On day of appointment I was called and told the exact time he would be here. He was right on time. He assessed the damage I had caused to my carpet, got right to work and completed the job very quickly. He was very professional and did a great job.

Pro team is the Best by far, Great Quality Work, Great work ethics, very nice job, we could not have been happier. The Price was Great, the estimate over the phone was near what we were quoted when the serviceman gave the estimate. The serviceman could not have been nicer. If you want a great job this is the company to come too. We have been dealing in multiple rentals for over 12 years and this company is the Best by far. Pro Team came out the same day I called, on a Saturday, and not only cleaned our couches and outdoor furniture they drove to our rental property 7 blocks away and cleaned furniture there. The furniture dried very quickly and they did a great job. From start to finish they were professional and very nice. We would highly recommend their services.

Needed a hall and bedroom cleaned. Called on a Wednesday to schedule for a Friday and they were able to come out in the am and take care of it! Price is always fair and very professional. The tech was able to remove a long standing spot we have had in the kids room - I think it was silly putty or some goo the kids made. Cant even tell it was ever there! Will continue to use in the future!

I cannot recommend this company enough! I called for a first time appointment and the woman who answered the phone was so gracious in accommodating my insane schedule. The gentlemen called before the appointment to let me know he was is on his way and arrived right on time. Professional, polite, and did an AMAZING job. Will definitely be using again in the future.

My technician, Radele (Ryan as he introduced himself) did fantastic work on my carpet. The carpet got very soiled during the holidays. I wanted the deluxe service which included scrubbing the carpet with a rotary cleaning machine. Ryan got all the soiled dirt out of my carpet and it looks brand new again. I would recommend Pro Team Cleaning for all your carpet clean needs!!!
