I am very pleased with the service I received from pro team. I am a returning customer because I was happy with the cleaning they did last year and the price was very reasonable. Although they no longer service my area Tamera agreed to send someone out on a day they would be close by. This time around Brandon cleaned my carpets and they came out even better then the last time. So as long as they are available I will continue to use their service.

The woman answering the phone setting up appointments was friendly and kind, she was efficient with time and destibing the setting up an appointment. I had called STANLY STEAMER, but the sincere friendliness easily won me over. Mat came to do the carpet cleaning. He took the time and explained everything to me; nice. I felt again in good capable hands. Mat was,....perfect. He was efficient and quick, he also did miracles to make my carpet look freshly installed. A wonderful company I can not recommend too highly.

Brandon, got right to work and explained things very well!! I used to own a Coit franchise, so I am well acquainted with the carpet cleaning business. He did a very good job and was polite, courteous and professional. I will have them back as needed!! Well done Brandon!!

I was happy with Brandon's timely arrival, efficiency at measuring the rooms for the estimate, and getting the job done. The pricing seemed good as well. Clean up is always difficult so if there was to be room for improvement I would say that.

We use Pro Team to clean our carpets 1-2 times a year for the past several years. We have never been disappointed. Tamara is prompt at responding to online scheduling or voice mail msg- always very pleasant and accommodating. Matthew & his team seem like family. They are courteous, kind, very efficient and clean up any extra water left. We will continue to use them for any of our carpet needs and hope you will too

Both men were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what they could and couldn't do. Revacuumed my rugs for pet hair, pretreated, scrubbed stained spots and left my carpet cleaner than I remembered it. I'm very pleased w service and results. M

We had a great experience with Pro Team Cleaning. They were very professional and great quality of work for the price. Cody was the rep that came out to our home. This is the second time I've used Pro Team, and the experience is wonderful! They are quick, do a fantastic job, and are very affordable. I highly recommend them!

Pro Team Cleaning cleaned our tile floors and counters, air ducts, and carpets. We happened to be away on a vacation so we were able to mail our key to Pro Team Cleaning, and they mailed it back. This was the perfect situation for us as it gave an opportunity for everything to dry and air out a bit before we got back to our house. Past that customer service nicety, the quality of the work done was very good. The original tile color was restored and the grout was clean, the counters didn't feel oily or greasy to the touch as they had become due to constant kitchen use. We had other people come and clean our house to removed that greasy film and were unsuccessful. The air ducts are putting out air that isn't dirty and the amount of allergy attacks by the members of our household allergic to cats has decreased. The carpets were dingy and now they look to be back to the original color as much as they ever are after cleaning. Overall the service we received was very good the quality of the work was also very good and the price for all that we had done was reasonable. We would freely recommend Pro Team Cleaning to anyone.
