This was my first experience with "on site" shredding and it was terrific. The driver was exactly on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a large amount of shredding but the shredding went very quickly and when completed the driver gave me an invoice. I was pleasantly "surprised" with a very reasonable and "under budget" invoice. I highly recommend PROSHRED of Georgia for all shredding needs.

They came out just as scheduled. The guy was great. We had way more than he expected but he was able to squeeze our extra into the truck. When you are ordering this service, understand that a bankers box is the letter sized not the legal size. Then they can give you a better estimate for your job. Will be using them again in the future.

PROSHED of Georgia was wonderful. They were referred to us by our realtor and from initial contact to completion of the job they were wonderful! Jessica in the home office could not have been sweeter and more thorough! The gentleman on shred day in the truck was wonderful as well! It is hard to find a residential ON SITE shredding service let alone one that is affordable. I highly recommend this company and thank them for making this part of our move almost effortless!

The truck arrived early, the driver helped load the papers from the boxes into the container and it was all done within a few minutes. The price for 2 containers was cheaper than any other company I considered.

We terminated our previous shred provider mid-2018 due to inconsistent and no show service. I chose ProShred for our office because first of all, they had A+ Accreditation and Ratings with the Better Business Bureau and secondly, they've been in business for 30 years with no customer complaints. The owner Greg Galvez is very professional and is hands on in the business. I've seen Greg onsite several times training his employees, so I have no doubt he runs a first class business. Pricing is very reasonable and the document shred process is very secure, offering a certificate of destruction for each service. Thank you ProShred for providing excellent service every month.

From the first phone call, and I do not recall name of person I spoke with up until driving off after shredding, this was one of the best companies that I have hired. The original person I spoke with was so nice and answered all my questions and stood to her word as to cost. Person who picked up our documents that needed shredding was also extremely nice and was very efficient and got the job done in 15 minutes. Thank you for such great service and will call again if needed.

Scheduling appointment for shredding was very easy, everyone showed up on time, and the bill was slightly less then the projected estimate. They also took several hard drives and destroyed them at the same time for a nominal fee. Very polite and safety conscious gentleman took care of everything on site.

Totally impressed with the organization within PROSHRED - my call was important, the response was immediate asking about my shredding needs. An email is sent to verify the shredding process. Once an appointment is made, it is then verified with a call the day before. And the shredding process itself is so quick, like magic. And the cost is just right. And the PROSHRED representative who does the shredding was professional and polite and smiling. Would definitely use again and recommend PROSHRED.

this entire operation was first class and saved me from shedding 5 boxes of business paper that would take me a month to shred on my home shredder. Everything was fast and easy from the lady who answered the phone and shelled out how the system worked to the scheduler's who call and setup the appointment time to the driver who arrived on time and the actual shredder that took 2 minutes.
