Henry is fabulous!! What great service and so nice!!!

ProShred came through for me when the big name shredding company I had originally planned to use totally dropped the ball. They came even though my request was last-minute, they were on time, Henry was a pleasure to deal with, and everything was done efficiently and exactly as promised. We've already arranged for a second service with them because they did so well with the first. Big time recommended!

What a great service for a great value! Came right to our driveway, securely shredded several boxes of old business files and even left the file boxes for us to re-use. The technician was professional and friendly too. It was so easy to arrange everything over the phone and we appreciated them calling to confirm the appointment and the technician's estimated arrival time. I have used Proshed for destruction of documents several times and have always had an excellent experience. The charges are reasonable to me and well worth the charge as it saves my valuable time. I consider Prishred of Georgia very professional and I feel very confident using their services is the safest way for me destroy documents.

Secure, reliable, fairly priced. I was greatly impressed. The gentleman showed me how the bin is hoisted up, then emptied into the truck. He let me watch the entire process - I actually got to see all of my papers being shredded to the very end. They are extremely professional. I give them a 5-star rating.

Every step in the process of using Proshred was a pleasure. They did what they committed to doing. It was an easy process and I was happy to watch the actual shredding on the screen provided. All people I talked to were extremely helpful and polite. The drive was on time and very nice. I can't say more than it is really one of the best experiences I have had dealing on the internet.

Jimmy did a fine job for our shredding event on Saturday. He showed up early and was very patient with all of our guests. We will use ProShred again.

We used Pro Shred in January 2016 and again May 2017. Our first experience was not a perfect 5 stars as the employee seemed to be having a rough day and was friendly, but seemed annoyed as we had initially estimated our box count but far exceeded it the day of shredding. I was new to the company and discovered that my company had not shred in 5+ years and those boxes were unearthed the day of shredding. We used Pro Shred just yesterday and Will, the Pro Shred driver, was a pleasure to work with. It was terrible weather, raining, but he was able to pull up as close to the warehouse as possible and processed our 10 bins of shredding with a very professional attitude and completed the job quickly. Payment processing was easy and we received our receipt and certificate of destruction in a timely fashion. We will continue to use Pro Shred as our choice for document destruction in the future.

Your representative can on schedule (the call ahead was perfect) & worked through a driving rain. He was professional, courteous & very efficient. I couldn't have been more pleased w/ the service, cost & my interactions w/ the staff from PROSHRED of Georgia.
