After the first weekend with our new Escape Titanium we have never had a vehicle we've liked better... and it's too cold to get to use the sun roof yet! As long as you have people like Wilbur and Loren in sales and finance I don't know why I'd ever want to buy anywhere else!

I decided to trade down from my jeep Wrangler for a small car. As they keep reminding us the fuel price will go back up. They made it easy plenty of choices and i found the right one. WOW!! My Sales Person was Wilbur "Wil" Mozee. This Gentleman took very good care of me. He answered everything I asked and if he didn't know the answer or was unsure he told me and then found out the right answer. He followed me through the entire process and kept making sure that I didn't have any questions. Not to mention that he wouldn't let me make a purchase if he thought that I was unsure. I have made several new car purchases and without doubt I will find Mr. Mozee before I make another purchase and without a doubt will be referring Pudmann Ford / Mr. Mozee to everybody that I run in too. On closing I want to reiterate that Mr. Mozee was not a only a Great Salesperson he was down right a very Genuine Person. Thank you Wil and Pundmann Ford for making my new vehicle purchase a pleasant one.

Our salesmen were wonderful--no high pressure and very friendly and accommodating. There has been good follow-up too. It says a lot about the dealership that the sales staff stay for so long. Also, Pundmann has been a strong supporter of our school district, and I was happy to give them my business.

Wilbur was fantastic to work with and was a huge help in finding a car that is suitable for my life at this time. He did not hesitate to go and run back inside to grab a key to a different car and was very knowledgable of all of the vehicles on the pre-owned lot. Wilbur was flexible in his hours while dealing with my crazy schedule. Wilbur helped me narrow my decision down to a handful of cars and had printed information for me all ready and also went through any similarities and differences in my final choices. I made my decision, with his help, and he quickly called Loren who was also great with helping me make such an important purchase. Loren was very friendly, as always, and met me and my family member in the lobby. He had everything ready to go and was faster at getting the papers signed after going over what each one means and making sure that I understand. I am still amazed at how quick everything was and they knew that I was on a time crunch for work and were very good about keeping that in mind. I wouldn't usually write this much in a survey but those two workers are assets to Pundmann Ford.

We love Pundmann Ford. And we speak from experience. We tend to trade in our vehicles for new every two or three years. Which means we've bought a lot of cars from quite a few dealers. Whoever has the car we want, that's where we go. Not until we purchased from Pundmann Ford did we find a dealer that would earn our loyalty. Our salesman, Tim Schneider was wonderful. Professional and strait forward, he made our experience at Pundmann Ford comfortable and fairly quick even on a super busy day. And thank you to the finance department who made sure that everything was thoroughly explained and met our needs. We drove off feeling that we were fairly treated with a good deal. The next time we buy a vehicle we will got to Pundmann Ford first and let them find the vehicle we desire. And we're willing to drive over an hour away from our home past plenty of other Ford dealers for the service and quality that Pundmann Ford will give to us. Thanks for the fabulous Mustang GT. Searched many websites for both prices and inventory. In the end though, buying a new truck or car is about getting exactly the vehicle you want, the right power, accessories, interior and color. In Pundmann's inventory, unlike other dealers, I found the exact truck for me. When I contacted Josh, he was immediately available and to my surprise had the truck waiting for me. Unlike other dealers which led me to believe they had the right truck, but when I arrived, it had just been sold. Josh knows his products and how to use technology and show me how to get the most from my new King Ranch. There are many options to make my driving experience safer, more effective and more pleasant. Josh patiently listened to my questions and concerns and gave me confidence to use them. I recommend Pudmann Ford and Josh for your internet buying experience.

I compared my 2014 Ford Focus Lease to a 2014 Chevy Cruse lease at another dealer and feel that Pundmann gave me a better deal, offered me better options, and treated me with much more respect. My family has purchased cars from Pundmann Ford for over 50 years. It had been 9 years since I had purchased a car from Pundmann, and it was frankly a less than pleasant experience. I was reluctant to return, but I want to support local businesses whenever possible. I researched an F-150 on the Ford website and was put in touch with Josh Vick. Josh was very helpful and explained different packages and variations available with the vehicle. He made sure I was aware of order deadlines and changes in rebate programs to secure the best pricing and options. When there was a delay in shipping the vehicle, Josh kept me updated on progress. I am very pleased with my F-150 and my experience with Josh Vick and Pundmann Ford. Positive changes in people, facilities and business philosophy have made this purchase a very pleasant experience. The service is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! This is a great team of people! I spent an hour the 1st day talking to Bill! I asked a lot of questions and he was very helpful! Went home and decided to go with a preowned car that I found on their website! Went back next day and Josh worked very hard and spend a lot of time with me! He was was very kind and had a great sense of humor! I took the car home over night and decided this was the car for me! Next day went to finance and they worked hard getting me everything I wanted!
