Just wanted to say that the experience we had buying our new 2014 F350 Ford was like no other. Our salesman was great,(Elliot) he made the experience fun and was very easy to talk with. We were very satisfied with every aspect of the purchase of our new car. Checked out vehicles online, drove our choice and loved it, took it home for a few days to drive it, got a good price for our trade in and an agreeable price on our purchase. The whole process was stress free and was quickly accomplished.

The service we recieved on Friday from your staff was amazing. Bob M in service can't say enough for him. Bob goes beyond his call for service. Bob is wonderful. Steve P and Will M wow stayed with me us the whole time till we finished the deal. All 3 have called to check up on us and not only ask how the truck is but also how our day is going. Felt like family not just a customer. We be back to Pundman Ford in the future. Thank you to everyone that has helped us.

Pundmann Ford is a Saint Charles institution and now more than ever it is important to keep local dollars invested locally. This was my first reason for visiting Pundmann. The reason I chose Pundmann Ford as my dealership was the incredibly professional and welcoming staff. I never once felt pressured by a salesman and the gentlemen I worked with were polite, informative, and determined to get me the best deal they could. In a world where anything can happen I am confident that Pundmann Ford would be there to assist me in whatever capacity they could. The bottom line is that the quality of service and product is high and the price was right. I would refer the excellent staff at Pundmann Ford to anyone who is looking for a relaxed sales environment and wants to enjoy the process of purchasing their new car.

Great experience. Eliot Starr bent over backwards to get us the car we wanted and answered all of our questions (and if he didn't know the answer, he checked on it and didn't just make one up). I liked being able to test drive without the salesman in the backseat like some places do - we were able to freely check things out and discuss.

Outstanding customer service from the time my son and I walked in the door. Tim Pudmann shook our hand and told my son all about the new mustangs coming out in September. I fell in love with the 2014 white convertible on the show room floor. We sat down and talked to him and I said I don't like the haggle on the car, shoot me your best price. He did and I picked it up the next day. He asked Brian Norton a salesman there to walk me through all the cars features. There was allot to learn, I am sure I will need to go back and go through it again. Brian said that is not a problem he would be happy to do it. He walked me down to service dept to meet the manger so I would know who to speak to when I need service. Brian was refreshing from the stereotype salesman. He was delightful and full of knowledge. My son is gong to buy a 2015 Mustang in September when they make their debut. We will certainly go in and ask for Brian Norton. I picked Pudmann Dealership because it is an Icon in St Charles. I had a company car I drove and took it there for service. They are open late and always gave me back a cleaner car then the one I brought in. It is nice to know that the attention you receive when you purchase, continues long after you pull off the parking lot. I've purchased three vehicles from Andrew Barrett at Pundmann: 2011 Fusion, 2013 Focus, and a 2012 Edge. All three experiences have been great! Repeat business is the best review I can give! I won't consider any other brand besides Ford and I won't consider any other dealership besides Pundmann. You treat your customers right and it's well appreciated!

My salesman was knowledgeable about the product, straightforward and fair with pricing, and very helpful in the delivery process. The finance manager was respectful of my needs and handled the finance in a no-pressure style that was much appreciated. Overall, this car buying experience was one of the best I've experienced.
