We used your service a second time because you provided all the promised you wrote in your advertisement. You also greatly helped us by letting us know the carpeting in the familyroom was worn eventhough it was only 1-1/2 years old. We called the supplier and they are going to replace the entire carpet for us. Thank you for helping us recoop our investment. We certainly plan to call for your service in the future. You also made our 12-year-old carpeting look so much better which made my husband feel so much better not to have to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting.

Brad and David were professional, courteous, thorough, kind, careful and my carpet looks great. They were early and worked together as a team, respectful of each other. Cheerful too. The only suggestion I have is for this kind of weather at this time of the year. They vacuumed the carpets before they cleaned them which no one has ever done. it was wet and they brought in pine needles etc. and if they could have vacuumed that up before they left that would have been great since I am disabled. However I don't want that to detract from anything I said. It's just a suggestion. Also I am very happy that they left me shoe covers. No company has ever done that. Excellent idea. I will be using you again. Thank!

The guys arrived on time. Looked very professional in their uniforms. Introduced themselves immediately and were very friendly. Answered questions when we had some. They did a great job on our carpets and were thrilled with them. Not only did they do our house they left and went to my brother's house and did his too. He is in a wheelchair and the rugs were really dirty but they looked great when they were done. I have already recommended them to our family and friends. We will surely use them again when the time comes to clean our carpets again. Thank you so much.

Best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Brian the owner/founder came out personally and gave us an estimate, personally called me the day before to confirm the appointment and let me know David and Jordan would arrive promptly on Thursday between 1:30-2:00 pm. Red Carpet truly exceeded our expectations and gave our ten year old carpet the gold standard treatment from start to finish. Our carpets now look like they're 2 years old as all of the stains came out and carpet has new smell again. Thanks again to Brian and his team of experts. Absolutely FIVE STAR service was provided to us last week. Very professional and courteous services.

The team was on time; I appreciated the phone call they made to let me know when to expect them. They were right on time, as a matter of fact they were a few minutes early. They were very professional and friendly. They explained the cleaning process as they went along. I was in awe as to how they removed the stains and left my carpet with a new look. My Son had used Red Carpet and he suggested we give them a try. Yesterday was the third time that we have used their service.
