The two gentlemen showed up on time, if not slightly aged is schedule. The original quote given to me over the phone was reviewed and confirmed. They then got right to work and did so both carefully and efficiently. Two bedrooms, an upstairs hallway and a staircase were cleaned well within an hour and looked great. The guys took great care in the quality of service they provided and ensuring that no damage to our home occurred while providing that service. I will recommend Red Carpet to those I know in the area and I will certainly use you again.

You and your team always arrive promptly and my carpets are cleaned to perfection! Another feature that I like is that whatever process you use to clean them, the carpets don't take very long to dry.

We get our carpet cleaned every 6 months due to allergy/asthma problems and I had been using another company for the past four years but when moved my father-in-law here from out of state I used a special offer from Red Carpet. I was very happy with the service provided, courteous, prompt, and very effective. I felt the rotating scrubbing brush did a better job so when I was ready to have our house done again, I called Red Carpet instead and I am very glad I did. They use a nice smelling orange deodorizer, they also have a fan to help with drying and they have a better process so the carpets do not get as wet. I should also mention that Brian, the owner, called me over the weekend to apologize because he thought I had been over charged. He left me a voice mail explaining that he would have it fixed but I called him back and told him the charge was correct because I was so happy with the service that I had included a tip. Great company, excellent service, highly recommend.

The gentlemen were every informative, professional, and helpful. The stains I thought would not come out did and I was left with my pretty white carpet I thought was long lost. I will and have been their customer for years and have never had a problem. Thanks for your service.

I love for Red Carpet to clean my carpents, they are always prompt with arrival times, they come in survey the carpet, vacuum even if I have swept the floor as well, they pretreat spots and clean the carpets very professionally. I have always been 100% satisfied with their service. You have a stain you could not remove, they will give it their best shot and 99% of the time they can remove it. I will continue to use Red Carpet Cleaners for my house.

We were very pleased with everything about Red Carpet. From the moment Dave adn Brad arrived, we felt comfortable. We had a coffee stain in the living room which they completely removed. We were thinking of getting new carpet for one of the bedrooms but after they cleaned it, we saw a dramatic difference. The nap was restored and looked like new. I contacted Red Carpet based on a recommendation from a friend. She had indicated that this was the best carpet cleaning she had ever had. The men were very professional, polite and friendly and took their time in cleaning the carpets. They were able to remove several pet stains others were unable to remove. The men were on time and efficient in getting the job done. It was a breath of fresh air to have men who were professional and were interested in my satisfaction with the job. I would highly recommend Red Carpet and will use them again in the future. They even provided me a bottle of spot remover to use and told me that I could get more if I needed it at no cost!

I contracted Red Carpet Floor Care because of the process described on their website. I've tried several companies that use the steam/vacuum process but with little success. They seem to "hurry in" and "hurry out", not taking time to complete the job correctly, merely to Get It Done. This was not the case with Red Carpet. Two men worked to clean the carpets and they were very efficient, polite, and explained step-by-step exactly what they were doing. It was obvious they had been well-trained to complete the task at hand with the customer's satisfaction in mind. Without hesitation, I would recommend Red Carpet Floor Care to anyone looking for a professional cleaning.

I have been amazed at the stains that Brian and his team of professionals have been able to remove from our apartments and other rental units. Brian has been wonderful for being flexible with his schedule and has been able to squeeze us in many times on short notice. Dave and Bradley provided the best quality of work that we have ever experienced. Dave removed stains and traffic paths that we thought would never be revived. Quality of work? Top notch. On time? Yep. Service? Couldn't ask for better. My basement carpet had suffered from leaks for a few years and had the stains to show for it. That, in addition to a fresh deluge from my washer, was my reason to call Red Carpet. Brian was on vacation when he answered my call, but was so gracious and knowledgeable in helping me to get the wet carpet dried out and ready for cleaning. His polite and professional two-man crew explained the process thoroughly and got to work. My carpet looks like new, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
