The service was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The repairmen were very respectful of my carpets on a very rainy day. They wore booties without me asking. It is so nice to have such good HV/HC service!

Most impressively when the initial estimate for the job came in on the high side, he was able to negotiate a reasonable compromise on price- I will certainly use SmartHouse for any future heating and air-conditioning needs

Outstanding service with excellent attention to every detail, explained the new equipment and all its nuances. The response to an urgent call on the hottest day of the year was very prompt and helped getting an old tired machine to start cooling again. I lived in my house for 4 years with A/C issues. I hired 4 separate local STL companies to try and fix the issues, and nobody could figure it out. I even spent ~$5000 on brand new/bigger ductwork in an attempt to resolve my cooling issues. 3 days before the closing on selling my house, the closing almost failed due to the A/C issues. My realtor called SmartHouse and in less than 24 hours (and only $314!) the entire issue was finally found and resolved. They saved my house closing. I wasted so much money over 4 years and wish I had called SmartHouse first, but saving the closing of my house was a HUGE lifesaver. Thanks!!

The installation of the HVAC system went really well and I especially appreciated the professionalism, skill, and safety minded-ness of the installers. Stephen did a great job leading the install and keeping me informed along the way and at the end when he demonstrated the system.

The workman was right on time, thorough, and good natured (about my dog!). The company kept good records of past visits so that there was a reminder for someone to fix a bracket in my garage (to hold up AC tubing), a request even I had forgotten about. A positive experience.

Smarthouse has been our service provider for heating & cooling needs for many years. It all started with a whole house inspection checking for leaks in our windows, doorways & attic as well as our heating & cooling system. With their technology, they found a couple of places that cold air was getting in the house in the winter and escaping in the summer. They made those corrections and added insulation in the attic. When it was time to replace our HVAC, we chose Smarthouse over the other 2 bids we received because of their service and responsiveness to any concern we had along with what we felt was the best value for our hard earned money. We have been very pleased with the quality of service we have received, the professionalism & punctuality of every technician that has serviced our HVAC and they even cleaned up after themselves. We're glad we chose Smarthouse and feel that you will, too!

Because I was concerned about time involved for the servicing of our ACs, Stephanie accommodated me by having Scott, the technician arrive a half hour early.
