I have been a customer of County Heating & Cooling (now SmartHouse Heating and Cooling) for approximately 40 years and the service has always been and continues to be first rate and I would recommend them to anyone. I have one caveat and that is until about 2-3 years ago I received a call in the spring and fall to set up a date for the spring and fall check but now I must call to arrange that. I liked it better before.

I did appreciate the service Luke provided on the service call he made to our home. He arrived on time and took the time to understand our the location of and access to our three different system. Also, Luke listened to my concerns about the operation of the equipment. I did not directly oversee Luke's work but I'm confident he knew the equipment. Luke explained to me the condition of the equipment when he finished his check-out. I was well satisfied with the service. Thank you George Wootten

very very GOOD..........

I noticed water leaking from my furnace. So called Smarthouse, my heating & cooling contractor. I spoke to Stephanie. And as always, she treated me as a valued customer. The technician, Scott Knoll, dropped by early the next morning. And diagnosed the problem as a clogged humidifier. He took care of the issue easily. Scott is a true professional. I look forward to seeing him again for my A/C service next month.

Steve was very professional. Fast, straight forward quote, fair price. Great install in just a few days. I think we will be very happy. Am considering using them for a commercial account.

Stephen and Frank were neat, considerate, cleaned up behind themselves and treated my home with care and respect. They listened to all requests and were attentive to all questions responding with detailed explanations and patience. They both were courteous and respectful. In short they could give classes to others on customer service. The whole process was fairly painless thanks to all their professionalism and excellent work ethic.

We've been customers of your progenitor - Co. Htg.and Cooling for at least 30 yrs. and prev. owner before us recommended we keep CH&C when we bought the house. It's been great to have an A1-PLUS company keeping our comfort for us - replacing units as they "gave up the ghost". And the men (and Jane) who kept us going were always personable, willing to go extra mile. One man bro't in a window unit and set it up for us until our A/C was operable - They even completely reversed out dual furnace (present one) when I didn't want to have my husband (w/painful arthritis) squeezing in back to change filters. Husband put up sliding doors in front, making it very accessible as well as neat-looking. To this present day, and new-to-us staff, Scott Knoll, who was on call when we had a w/e problem - who was so nice, prompt, explained things, educated us in some of our heating units' features - they have personalities. too - and are as happy to see their caretaker as we are! Along with know-how and dedicated attention to his job, Scott was thoughtful and caring in his every move - tidy, had every thing he needed right there with him. You have a jewel in Scott and I'm sure you know it, PLus - he reminds me a lot of our son:) So...looking forward to another long relationship with SmartHouse Htg. and Cooling - Scott and his fellow technicians.:) Sincerely, Mrs Lewis Hizer P.S. - the price has always commensurate with the value.

We had to call at the last minute for help, and we were kindly accommodated. The service man arrived right on time and turned on our gas fireplace. He was polite and respectful even though, as I told him, we felt stupid not being able to do it ourselves. (We had had a new valve installed that had a slightly different yet confusing-to us- configuration. ) much appreciated!!

I appreciate how easy the transition was from County to SmartHouse. It's been easy to make appointments when I prefer them (thanks to the person who schedules and answers the phone). It's been great to request a technician who has been here before and knows the house and equipment. He's efficient, answers my questions, and helps me understand. Thank you for taking care of my home.

Working with this company has always been a pleasure. I get reminder calls when it is time to schedule my annual furnace and a/c checks. They work with me in scheduling my appointments and their service reps are always friendly and professional.

Have been with SmartHouse for a number of years stating with an energy audit, a new high efficiency furnace, and using twice a year preventative maintenance checkups. From scheduling to estimates to actual work, the SmarthHouse team is first rate. They answer questions with clarity and honesty and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend SmartHouse.
