Friendly and Professional front office staff! Quality care from Dr. Krempa, Liz, and all the other assistants. I have used this office for more years than I can remember. I probably had almost every procedure in Denistry and have been highly satisfied. By the way, I hate pain and Dr. Krempa remains my Denist. That should speak volumes for people that are "fraidy cats"like me. Communication is also one strong asset. You will know what you need now and in the future regarding dental work and possible costs. * * * * *

I have been a patient at this office for many years. Liz, my dental hygienist, worked for Dr. Bailey and is now working with Doctors Krempa and Martin. She is a delightful and competent professional. Liz is beautiful and pleasant and has applicable suggestions for my dental care. Dr. Krempa is young and professional and competent in his field. He serves his patients efficiently and thoroughly. He listens to my questions and maintains an intelligent and engaging perspective for solving dental problems. I highly recommend this practice.

My expierence has always been excellent. From routine check ups to a root canal he was completely professional.He made sure I understood the procedure, was comfortable and in no pain at all. He even called to check on me at home that evening.His staff is excellent also. His location on Airport near Hillcrest is very convient. I highly recommend Dr. Krempa.

Liz always performs a wonderful cleaning and polishing of my teeth. She is very friendly, professional and has a ready smile. And Dr. Martin - I had my first appointment with him in 1977 after my retirement from the United States Navy. He has drilled, filled, capped, bridged and root canaled my teeth over the years. As a result of his expertise, I do not have false teeth - yet. Not only is he my dentist but also my friend. He has also performed dental work on members of my family. I have been very blessed to know Dave for 40 years. Thank you, Sir, for taking good care of me.

I have been with Dr. Jim Bailey and Dr. Alex Krempa for more than 25 years and I need to say that their service has been outstanding. So far my teeth didn't get me in trouble because of their care but also to a large extent to one of their hygienist, Mrs. Liz Martin, who has been taking care of my teeth for more than 25 years. Besides doing an outstanding job, she advised and reminded me always to do the right things in regard to my teeth. I am very thankful for that! Dr. K. who took over from Dr. Bailey a couple of years ago, applies the most modern methods and tools in order to provide outstanding dental care and. btw, he is a very nice guy!

Southern Smiles is the type of dentist office you hope to be a patient of. The office is ruin effiently, very professional and they really care about your needs. I have been a patient for 40 years before the practice was bought by Dr. Kempa. I am so pleased with his dentistry and all the knowledge and improvements he has made. You'll find a partner in dental care at Southern Smiles. Drs. Alex Krempa and David Martin provide the gentle and personal touch everyone wants. I'm a bit of a chicken, so they make sure my concerns are well-covered. They use new techniques with up-to-date equipment--I have strong confidence in their ability to take care of my dental needs. Liz Reynolds is an excellent hygienist. You can count on her to clean your teeth up to the highest standard imaginable. Her knowledge is unbeatable. I've had great experiences with the dental assistants, as well. A polite and helpful office staff guarantees a good visit.

First, I would say I adopted Dr. Krempa because my former dentist retired. I could not have asked for a better replacement. He is very good looking which has nothing to do with his expertise in dentistry; however, he has a wonderful chair-side manner and makes you feel very at ease. Perhaps, one of the most wonderful aspects of his practice is convenience. Unfortunately, most of my dental-needs years have had me going here and there for special services such as root canals and implants. Dr. Krempa does it all and is very up-to-date with new techniques. Also, his office is filled with a staff who knows what they are doing, on top of filing insurance claims, trying to give you appointments that are convenient for you and sending reminders.

After several years of avoiding the dentist my daughter made me an appointment with Jade at Southern Smiles. From my first appointment she made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. It is always a pleasure to visit Southern Smiles. Everyone is always warm and friendly and any questions I may have are always answered fully. Dr. Martin has been my dentist for many years. He is always pleasant, friendly, and extremely competent. He seems to be a perfectionist, wanting everything to be very well done. I experience none of the anxieties that one might associate with visiting a dentist. There is never concern about pain or discomfort. The experience is always positive.
