Everyone is friendly. The wait is minimal. I am always pleased with the work that Is done. Both Doctors are awesome and technically proficient. The staff are always friendly.

I have never had a problem coming here. I like the fact that when I set an appointment I can get in and get out. My hygienist is always at the front waiting on me and she takes good care of me. And if I need to move my appointment around it's no hassle.

From the first time I visited Southern Smiles I felt like I was at home. Everyone on their staff is very personable and caring! Dr. Krempa is young, very professional and makes you feel comfortable right away. His assistant Chloe is so attentive and very efficient at what she does! Even though going to the dentist isn't really my favorite thing to do, I always leave in a pleasant mood becuase everyone goes out of their way to be so nice! You will find a well equipped office with a great team waiting to serve you at Southern Smiles!

Dr. Krempa and his staff are all very friendly and professional. It sounds strange to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but I do. Jade is my hygienist and my teeth are very clean when she gets finished and most of all, my mouth is never sore after the visit. I would recommend this office to anyone.

When entering the facility, I experienced a feeling of warm hospitality and professionalism. The office has a relaxing decor which relieves the possible stress of "visiting the dentist". Mainly, the staff is highly trained in new techniques with the latest equipment. They also are constantly concerned about their patients' comfort and well being. The results of their service makes me want to smile all the time.

I love the staff. They are very friendly and comfortable to be around especially my daughter Jade! She is a great hygenist and does a good job every time she cleans my teeth!
