My experience with speedy soft has been awesome, even though it took me some time to become familiar with the program. I love the prompt and personal response time from customer service. I've used SpeedySoft in my healthcare practice for more than a decade. While there are many flashier programs out there, SpeedySoft is the most user-friendly, cost-effective and well-supported program in its industry, even against bigger competitor offerings (which I've evaluated personally). SpeedySoft is very fast to respond and assist with whatever problems or recommendations you have. Having a tech background, I'm very picky about my software and you can't beat SpeedySoft in value, service, and ease-of-use. That shows they understand my business needs and how important it is that I'm able to focus on my patients and not on software problems!

SpeedySoft is extremely user friendly. The initial setup takes very little upfront time...and once it is completed the billing process is a breeze! If there are any glitches, their Customer Service is very knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. I have been using Speedy Soft for a very long time, and am a very satisfied customer!

We use Speedy Soft for paper claims. The software is easy to use and we have never had any issues with it. I used it at a previous employer, so when my current employer was looking to change our billing software, I immediately suggested this company. One of the biggest factors in choosing this software was that the cost was low. We are a small company and we do not have many claims. It would not be worth it for us to pay a clearinghouse, so this program is perfect for our needs. I have only had to contact customer service once, but they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this software.

I'm a private practice Registered Dietitian and use SpeedySoft for billing Medicare and all other health insurance companies. I am able to do all the billing myself solely because this software exists and does such a good job. I had originally tried a different software product that I had to pay extra for every edit I made to a claim form--that got old fast! I then found SpeedySoft. It worked like a charm from the first time I used it. When I needed technical help someone friendly from SpeedySoft would come on the phone and always help me with whatever amount of help I needed. If I flubbed an install, SpeedySoft technical support would help me undo my problem. The software is very easy to use and edit. I use it daily. In 10+ years of using it, it has never made a mistake. With the "scrub" feature, I don't make any silly errors or omissions myself. I highly recommend this product. It's a very fair price and pays for itself--you won't need to hire a biller to do your claims ever again.

The software works perfectly. The learning curve is surprisingly simple, even for a tech dis-abled senior. And the support is the Absolute BEST Its like calling home, instead of a computer program that keeps you on hold for 10-15 minutes and disconnects anyway!

Very easy to use, Sppedysoft loaded first time without incidence. I made one call with question about loading one my lap top to carry information to and from work answered on that call. I did not need a over loaded billing software package just billing. I got what I paid for a simple and easy to use program that filled my needs. Great value, been using the program for several years without problems.

I have used Speedy Soft for my billing over the last 4-5 years. This program is very easy to use and it takes literally seconds to file a HCFA Claim once you initially enter the Patient/Client information. My claims hardly ever get rejected because of errors on the claim form.The cost is very reasonable and customer support is excellent if a problem should arise which in my case was almost never.I would highly recommend this billing/claim soft ware program if you do your billing yourself like I do.

Extremely easy to use particularly for simply filling out CMS 1500. Found the cloud version to be a bit cumbersome. Just using it for mailed claims. If the cloud had a submission option I would use it. Don't see sense of paying fee for monthly cloud usage AND another fee for submission through another party.

I've used Speedy for years for weekly Medicare billing. It's always there and always simple to use, which is ever so welcome to someone who easily frustrates with complex programs that waste my time and temper. The few times I've needed help have found a Speedy technician right there on the phone. This company knows the meaning of the word "service!"

This program is easy to use. My office has been using this program for many years. We don't plan on changing anytime soon. Customer support was very helpful. They were able to correct my issues by remote control. We have a small office and the Speedy Soft database helps in being able to quickly re-send a corrected claim or if we would need to appeal a claim. Works great for us.

I love Speedy Soft! The software is extremely easy and simple to use. It is a must-have for any practice that does paper claims. We have had this software for over 15 years and have been extremely happy! The customer service is amazing and I really like how they send quick little updates periodically to maintain it's efficiency. That shows me they care about the product they offer and are always looking to make improvements. We've had to transfer the software to new computers a few times and customer service was so easy to talk to. They walked us through every step of the process. It's easy to use and the support has been great!The cost was higher than what I had been told by peers. there were others that were much higher with no support. I do not like technology however this has been a very good experience especially having someone to call if and when needed. I am very glad I found SpeedySoft.

I have only needed to use customer support once because Speedy Soft works well and I have not had any problems. But I did need assistance transferring it to a new computer and they were very helpful and made this transition work smoothly. When I was checking out different billing software companies, I did the free trial and tested Customer Support. I did indeed receive a call back within 20 minutes, which had a lot to do with choosing Speedy Soft as my next billing software.

The program is easy to use, staff members can run the program easy with little practice. Support has always been helpful and most important they have been kind, sometimes when you call support on other programs their has been a tendency to not have the best customer service. The program itself is the equivalent of a staff member in your office, with out all the drama. So for a small fee for the program it is well worth it.

The software is very easy to learn and use. I am not a tech person and have found it extremely user friendly. As a counseling office, it has been a wonderful resource. Existing patients can be billed for repeat visits in seconds. Setting up a new patient takes a couple of minutes. The support has been fantastic ... either by phone or live messaging. I would definitely choose this software again!

I needed something that was easy to use, printed up properly the FIRST time and could be used for mail-in or faxed medical insurance bills - or for super bills to give patients. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money because I do most of my billing online. I am so happy that I found Speedy Soft because it is exactly what I needed.
