I am grateful for this program. It makes our office billing run so much smoother. There are insurance companies that do not have their own billing server so this program allows me to fax or mail a 1500 form easily. The program retains the information so when a return patient needs to be billed again it takes minimal time to update and print. The price is reasonable and the staff professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to use and Tech support (Matt) is always available or calls you right back. Matt is very patient and wants you to understand the program. I personally think the program is excellent. Even all the fields you fill out are very easy. No need to use dashes for dates or tab over. It may sound petty, but it saves me so much time to just click and go. I love and would recommend Speedy Claims to everyone!

Been using SpeedySoft Speedy Claims for over 6 years. It's one of the "easiest to use" programs I've worked with. The design is a time saver for repeat billings. Looking up information in the database is quick. I also have been able to move the software easily from MS-XT to MS-Win7 to MS-10 with the aid of the tech staff at Speedy. The transitions went smoothly without any loss of data. I highly recommend. It has been a great investment.

I found Speedy Claims about 13 years ago, just as I was beginning a new phase of my career, setting up a private practice. I found the software easy to use, right from the start. When I had to switch to a new laptop, I was able to call the company and speak to a real person who was very helpful and friendly. Your product is dependable and affordable, too, perfect for a private practice clinician.

There are two things I really like about SpeedySoft: first once you input Patient information into the system it is saved which makes it easy to do subsequent billing. Second, SpeedySoft support is very responsive. They called me back within a few minutes with practical solutions to the problem I was having. I highly recommend SpeedySoft.

I originally chose Speedy Soft when looking online for a replacement to a previous software billing product. I chose it initially as a result of speaking with the sales and support staff who answered my questions and explained the ease of use. It was a good value for my needs. I have been extremely happy with Speedy Soft because of its ease of use and value. The technical support staff has been responsive to general questions and to questions as I have added electronic billing to my practice. I have recommended Speedy Soft to colleagues and will continue to do so. I have been extremely pleased with the product.

Following the directions, it is easy to set up. Makes doing various insurance billings easy and FAST to do. Past forms are saved, therefore you can edit mistakes. In the rare instances that I've called customer support, the calls were answered promptly and my issues solved immediately. Cost was very reasonable as compared to other programs which I felt were more cumbersome to work with. I've used this software for about 7 plus years and have been very satisfied with it.

I have a great experience with SppedySoft. Gets the job done quickly and accurately. Since the beginning of this year (2019) I have cut my paper use more than 70% by using the tools on this program and I can bill from any internet connection wherever I am. Very satisfied with the support and the ability to speak to a human rather than a machine.

This software is so easy to use. It's as simple as filling out a form. If you can use a UB04 then you can use this software. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to do electronic billing. It's simple and the price of the software is so reasonable.

SpeedySoft is a wonderful claim submission application software. The software is easy to use, easy to edit (if necessary) and it's very user friendly. The application also prints in red ink usable CMS 1500 forms, saving on the cost of purchasing separate 1500 forms. The software is highly recommended.

I find this service to be very easy user friendly and the very few times I've had problems, I was able to call customer service for a fix. Its very quick to process a claim and easy to print. I was looking for a replacement for Just Claims and found Speedy Soft. I am not very good with computers and it is so easy to use! It was very affordable and their customer service is outstanding! When my computer crashed, it was very easy to reinstall and set up again. Customer service is very helpful even with someone as computer challenged as I am. I'm extremely pleased with Speedy Soft and highly recommend them!!

Speedy Soft has been the best billing decision for me since becoming self-employed. It is affordable and easy to use even for a non-technical mind such as myself. The support line is very effective. I am horrible at the business side of being a therapist, and horrible with technology. I also don't have anyone to help me with these things because I work by myself. SpeedySoft has made it possible for me to do my own billing because it is so easy to use! It is also dependable--I've had no issues with it--and it was affordable. If I managed to figure it out and put it into use, anyone can!

My experience with SpeedySoft USA has been excellent since I started my practice in 2008. SpeedySoft is user friendly and the support is by far the best in the business; you get an actual person calling and problem solving with you. The cost of the program is reasonable, which I appreciate because once you sign a contract with insurance companies you agree to charge no more than their rate to a customer, which isn't much. We love love love Speedy Claims. Very easy to use, intuitive, and quick. We tried the "cloud" version, but it was too slow; customer service was quick to help us switch back to our desktop version. We migrated to an "all in one" EHR system, but it did not compare to our Speedy Claims and quickly returned to Speedy Claims. We absolutely recommend for any small medical office. We bill approximately 300 claims a month.

I still submit paper claims CMS 1500. I find the software very helpful and relatively inexpensive. It works with windows 10. I can print my copies. I would like to be able to print envelops but do not know how or cannot so I use Word to print envelops.

I have been using SpeedySoft for a number of years now I have a chiropractic practice in my home and I do all the billing myself. This program is so easy to use and set up. Even when I had to change computers and once when computer totally crashed the support to get myself back up and running was great and you cant beat the price for an insurance billing program
