This has to be amongst one of the best dental practices I had ever visited! The staff is friendly and efficient, the equipment is modern, and Dr.Kim is the best! He was very patient and thorough in carefully checking all of my teeth and making his final assessment before giving me the news that I needed a specialist. His examination and diagnosis was very detailed, and he took the time to explain the X-rays and the photos backwards and forwards to me so I could fully understand everything I needed to know and how I might proceed. Springlove Dentistry and Dr.Kim would be my 1st choice for a dentist, hands down! I regret that Dr. Kim could not provide dental work for me being that in his final assessment and recommendation, I required a specialist.

I had a great experience on my first visit to Springlove Dentistry. All the people there were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the care and service that I received. I look forward to my next visit on my six month appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking dental care in my community.

I was pleasantly surprised when the dentist did not try to talk me into changing out my fillings of do unnecessary work. The last dentist I visited told me that all my crowns needed replacing to a cost of $8000. I was very pleased with the exam, the staff and the complete visit. Thank you. I will use you as my regular dentist.

Dr. Wu and her competent staff provided a thorough and comfortable dental exam and cleaning experience. Dr. Wu took time to get to know my dental history and any concerns I may be having currently. From the time I arrived until I checked out, everyone worked hard to take care of me and make sure that my experience was pleasant and comfortable. My entire family is in the process of joining SpringLove Dentistry for our dental care.

Enjoyed the visit. Dr. Wu took the time to explain the exam results and next steps for treatment. The hygienist and other staff were also great and made sure that we had a comfortable experience.

Great patient care with quality work

I had an infection that truly needed emergency treatment. I chose SpringLove based on reviews, even though it is far from my house. The first good thing: when I called, I explained the infection was at emergency level, and they had me come in the same day. I was worried I might arrive and be told I need to see a specialist, or that I will have to return on a different day. Not the case. Dr. Kim treated the infection as if it were a routine procedure, though clearly it was not. The crazy bad pain was relieved and did not return. Another positive is that Dr. Kim was able to save the tooth. It was clear extraction would have been the simplest solution, because the tooth was in bad condition. I think if Dr. Kim were unable to save the tooth, he might not have been able to bill for the repair attempt. But he took the chance and was able to repair the tooth anyway, and I could tell it was not such an easy job. Dr. Kim explained what he was about to do right before he started, every visit. This is really important. I felt like I could ask questions or disagree with the treatment proposal if I wanted to. Dr. Kim works with confidence and made me feel like I was in good hands. Another point is that my teeth are in terrible condition. I hesitate to go to dentists for this reason. Dr. Kim was very professional and didn't criticize me at all for the condition of my teeth. This is really important. After all, the damage to my teeth was done many years ago, and there is nothing I can do to reverse it now. Thank you Dr. Kim for the perfect handling of this emergency.

Great experience, clean facility and friendly staff.

I am pleased with SpringLove Dentistry. I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I like their approach - professional. They offered me a plan for care that I have to guide me in my dental health decisions.

Came in for a toothe ache. Needless to say I was very nervous. They're facility was lovely, clean and everyone there was so courteous and professional with prices you can really work with.

Great quality of care! Nice staff members and very knowledgeable dentist who was wonderful to work with. I particularly like the afterwork office hours so I don't have to take off from work. And the best thing is they are close to home. I look forward to a long and lasting relationship with them!
