Everything was great!

Reason why I gave you five stars is because of the dental office employees was very friendly. The dental office was so clean neat and organized. I truly enjoyed the 1on 1 with Dr Wu in her office going over everything with me step by step. The best experience I have had.

My first experience at SpringLove was great, although scary. I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time although I have always had dental insurance. I went in for some jaw pain/sensitivity and after taking X-rays, they found a tumor on my jaw. They promptly referred me to an oral surgeon and I was seen the next day. The facility was absolutely beautiful, modern, and clean. I loved the dentist as well - very professional and informative. Great experience and I'll be back for my cleanings every 6 months. Thank you SpringLove!

I had a wonderful experience with Springlove Dental. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. They also were very helpful with any questions I had. Something else I liked was the fact that you can watch Netflix while you're getting your teeth fixed, which allows you to focus on something other than the work being done.

The staff were extremely welcoming from the second I walked in to the moment I left! I felt at ease the whole time. You are greeted with a beautiful atmosphere and dronk station, followed by netflix and a comfy dentist chair! I've never had an experience like it before!

Excellent dental practice with modern equipment, very helpful and friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was very helpful in getting signed in and assisting with insurance documents. The dentist took a good amount of time to explain everything one-on-one and checked with insurance before every procedure. Would highly recommend this practice to everybody.

I always say the level of customer service, care, and concern is not what it used to be but this place blew me away. Dr. Kim and Dr. Wu are fantastic, they are knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. It's not all about money at Springlove, they actually care about your well being. If you dont have insurance, they even have a dental savers plan to help knock down cost of treatment. My experience here was excellent!! From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. They got me through a really tough time and I can't thank them all enough. My husband is so difficult to impress but after my experience here he decided to make an appointment. This place has a name that suits the level of service. SPRINGLOVE IS TRULY THE BEST!!!

I was like I wasn't even at the dentist. Carlene greeted me with a smile, galant pleasantries and made sure I had very minimal wait time. The consultation with Dr. Wu was thorough and she was very nice, knowledgeable and interested in my overall dental health. They have the orbital X-ray machine which is primo. I was able to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix during my examination. It not only made the process effortless, I discovered a new show to binge watch. Dr. Kim was extremely efficient with his examination and explanation of the issues with my teeth. He made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do. The entire staff is pleasant and very nice. I felt like the only patient they had. Thumbs up. The best dentist office I've ever been to. A plus is that Dr. Wu is great with kids. I didn't think my 2 year old would sit through an exam, but she made us super comfortable. He survived his first dental exam with no problem. I was very happy here and that's from a truly discerning patient.

Since I no longer had dental insurance (I had been living out of the country) but wanted to resume regular exams and cleanings, I was looking for a dentist that offered a yearly plan to cover them on a basis other than the fee-for-service which can be very expensive. My experience at Springlove was comfortable and very positive. My dentist several years ago had an efficient office, in which I had regular appointments and the dental tech would clean my teeth, and I rarely saw the dentist -- if I did, it was only for a few minutes. Dr. Kim, on the other hand, was personable and spoke with me about my medical and dental history and expectations, then explained everything, and personally handled my exam and cleaning. The office is clean and equipped with very modern equipment (all-digital X-rays, etc.). I got no hint that Dr. Kim was focused on generating more revenue by contriving "needs" that were superfluous. He seemed more interested in the health of my teeth and gums than in making money off me. This quality of care is rare in today's world.

Excellent Service and very accommodating!

I'm the dumb type that always puts off dental work, and I'm really stupid for that. The longer you wait, the worse things can get, and of course the more expensive! Anyway, now that I am done shooting myself in the foot I must say I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience visiting a dentist. Very professional, but relaxed enough to make you feel human and not like a flat tire on the side of the road! lol! They have been spot on with appointments, unlike some.. show up for your 2 o'clock appointment only to be seen at 3 o'clock.. ugggh!! Not these guys :D I can't say enough good about them, curious, professional, fair rates, what more could you ask for!? Netflix? Yeah, they have that too! Rock on Springlove!! :D

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and polite. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable and are looking forward to bringing our son for his first checkup! Everything was very well explained and clear, with no hidden agendas!

The staff was very professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable. I was happy to find a dentist office that was open on Friday since most dentist offices are closed or leave at noon. My appt was at 6 pm on a Friday evening and they stayed open late to finish my temporary crown. Thank you to Dr. Kim and his staff for making my experience more comfortable and not painful.

I love the environment at SpringLove Dentistry. It doesn't feel like a typical dental office. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and they seem really care for their patients.

I am terrified of the dentist!!! However, My experience with SpringLove Dental was great! Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely return.

The office was clean and fresh! It felt nice to be greeted by such a positive person at the desk. She was very helpful prior to my visit so I was happy to feel that same level of comfort upon arrival. Dr. Kim and his assistant were both friendly and informative. I felt as though they were detailed in my exam and explained everything so I understood and I felt confident in their experience and professionalism. This was my first visit as I am new to the area but I can say that I will definitely return to the office. If you're looking for a dentist look no further!
