I recently pulled the trigger on a deck repair job. Their installation crew were very professional and their work was outstanding from start to finish. The job site was cleaned up every night and at the end of the job I was very happy with outcome. Our experience with Stl from start to finish was awesome, starting with Shawn the owner to dealing with Don And Arron the installers. They all were so friendly and down to earth. They went over the top to insure we were happy with their work. The installers made sure we were happy with everything before they left. After getting bids for several deck contractors we were pleased to choose STL Fenceworks because we talked to the boss, not a salesman. We originally were going with cedar, but STL Fenceworks was able to bid a maintenance free deck cheaper than other companys bid cedar. The guys showed up on time and worked three days (half of one day in the rain until they had to stop). Guys were easy to work with, answered all my questions, did a great job and cleaned up completely after the installation. We would highly recommend STL Fenceworks.

I highly recommend STL Fenceworks. We were in need of a fence to accommodate our 2 golden retrievers. Shawn came out to give us a bid within a short time of our call and made great suggestions. We solicited several bids but STL Fenceworks although not the least expensive certainly inspired our confidence. Greg was always prompt to reply to questions and keep us apprised of progress to start our project. The crew, Nick and Shane were fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is above our expectation. We plan to have them back to now build a deck. This company is true to their word.

I could not be happier with the service I received from STL Fenceworks. My husband and I have two large dogs and after my Siberian Husky exceeded 100lbs, the leashes weren’t going to cut it anymore. We knew we needed a fence, but were on a strict budget. Shawn came out to my house to measure everything and went over our options, and then came back out when down the road I changed my mind about placement. He was amazing to work with, Greg is so helpful and Nick could not have done a better job installing the fence of my dreams. Its ridiculous how happy we are about it, but the majority of that is from our experience with the company we chose. I work in an industry where we use contractors regularly, for 50 or more subdivisions in St. Louis and St. Charles County; we use STL Fenceworks for all of our fencing at our properties and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

It started with the estimate. I had an estimate in my hand before he left. That was a defining difference from the start. When the project started, my deck and Fence were torn down and built new in 4 business days! That is record time as far as I have heard from anybody else. And the fence and deck were not cookie cutter designs either. Everyone I met was pleasant and intelligent too. We are very happy from start to finish! The whole project could not have gone better or faster for us!

I highly recommend having STL Fenceworks install your fence. The process was painless. Stewart delivered the bid on time and was very competitive to the other fence bids. The installers were fantastic. As soon as they arrived, materials were unloaded, holes were dug, all old fencing removed, and the yard was fenced in 2 days!! The new fence looks great!

Every encounter we had with your staff was professional and friendly. You showed up when you said you would and did what you said you would do. Your work team (Seamus and others) got caught in one of the recent storms while working on our fence, but came right back out and finished with very little mess. Great job! Our dog thanks you too!

STL fenceworks did a great job on our fence, we had a difficult yard to work with, due to many trees and shrubs close to the the fence line plus roots and underground cables. Needless to say the crew worked around everything and I was able to keep all my shrubs. We chose the almond color and it is a great match for our house well worth the little extra cost. It is also great to have gates that open again. The crew showed up on time and cleaned everthing up.

We are very very pleased with the service we received from the whole team of STL Fenceworks but especially Nick. He was out there in the freezing weather with snow on the ground doing all he could to get our fence done in a timely manner. We had some customization issues due to the shape of our yard but STL Fenceworks made it happen and it looks great!! STL Fenceworks was great to work with from the beginning. I had a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence installed. Shawn Long (the owner) took the time to speak with me on the phone about his product before he came out and bid the job. When he did come to bid the job he was very professional and answered all my questions. His price was great and the product was just as good or better then the other company I had come and bid the job. The best part about the hole experience of buying the fence was the great communication with Shawn, Greg and the installer, Nick. They always kept in touch and let me know what was happening with the install. There was a few days when Nick could not come and work on the fence because of the extreme weather, and I always got a phone call letting me know that they would not be out on that day. That is a lot better then sitting around woundering if they would show up. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. If you are going to have a fence installed, at least let them bid the job. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the friendly serviec you get from this family owned and locally run business.

So glad we chose STL Fenceworks, their office is right down the street so everything was easy and convenient. Shawn was awesome on the initial estimate and answered any questions. They did their job 3 weeks earlier than expected and we couldn't be happier. The crew was super polite and awesome. Although they forgot to put tension wire up because it wasn't with the supplies but brought it to their attention and it was on the very next day! Our dog is super excited!! They were the nicest, most polite, and professional crew I have ever dealt with in any trade. Once they arrived, they wasted no time whatsoever and got the truck/trailer unloaded and started prepping the yard. They kept me informed of their plans and worked well with my ‘demands’ of how I wanted the fence placed in the yard and the look I wanted to attain. They constantly changed the line of the fence to get it to where I felt comfortable with it. The crew constantly reassured me that it was no problem and they know I have to live with it and want me to be satisfied. They kept the yard in great shape and cleaned up everything to where you wouldn’t of noticed they were there. I am very impressed with your business and the workers you employ. The fence is great and exactly what I imagined/wanted. We look forward to getting our custom gate to finish it off. Very happy with my experience with STL Fenceworks. I got bids from 3 major fence companies and Shawn was the only one I felt comfortable with. I always like dealing directly with the owner and Shawn was great. I had to call one of the other companies back after 2 weeks to get my bid and the other company asked me for the measurements so he wouldn't have to do the work! The job started right on time (actually early) and the project manager was constantly in contact to keep me updated and make sure I did not have any questions. The crew was also very good and the finished project looks great. Would highly recommend!

STL Fenceworks did a fantastic job on my fence. The crew guys were very professional and worked hard to get the job done and done right. I received a phone call the day before they were scheduled to start asking if they could start a day early! How often does that happen? When the crew arrived, they got right to work and the foreman, Seamus, knew his stuff. Over 100° outside and they hit it hard. The next morning they were back at it bright and early and my fence was done before 11 a.m. The fence is beautiful and the material is of high quality. Shawn knows his business and his employees work hard for him. I will not hesitate to recommend STL Fenceworks to anyone I know and I will use them again in the future if needed.
