STL Fenceworks was great to work with from the beginning. I had a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence installed. Shawn Long (the owner) took the time to speak with me on the phone about his product before he came out and bid the job. When he did come to bid the job he was very professional and answered all my questions. His price was great and the product was just as good or better then the other company I had come and bid the job. The best part about the hole experience of buying the fence was the great communication with Shawn, Greg and the installer, Nick. They always kept in touch and let me know what was happening with the install. There was a few days when Nick could not come and work on the fence because of the extreme weather, and I always got a phone call letting me know that they would not be out on that day. That is a lot better then sitting around woundering if they would show up. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. If you are going to have a fence installed, at least let them bid the job. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the friendly serviec you get from this family owned and locally run business.

So glad we chose STL Fenceworks, their office is right down the street so everything was easy and convenient. Shawn was awesome on the initial estimate and answered any questions. They did their job 3 weeks earlier than expected and we couldn't be happier. The crew was super polite and awesome. Although they forgot to put tension wire up because it wasn't with the supplies but brought it to their attention and it was on the very next day! Our dog is super excited!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a fence!

They were the nicest, most polite, and professional crew I have ever dealt with in any trade. Once they arrived, they wasted no time whatsoever and got the truck/trailer unloaded and started prepping the yard. They kept me informed of their plans and worked well with my ‘demands’ of how I wanted the fence placed in the yard and the look I wanted to attain. They constantly changed the line of the fence to get it to where I felt comfortable with it. The crew constantly reassured me that it was no problem and they know I have to live with it and want me to be satisfied. They kept the yard in great shape and cleaned up everything to where you wouldn’t of noticed they were there. I am very impressed with your business and the workers you employ. The fence is great and exactly what I imagined/wanted. We look forward to getting our custom gate to finish it off. They are priced very competitive with the other big name companies, yet they are able to get you in the schedule much faster.

Very happy with my experience with STL Fenceworks. I got bids from 3 major fence companies and Shawn was the only one I felt comfortable with. I always like dealing directly with the owner and Shawn was great. I had to call one of the other companies back after 2 weeks to get my bid and the other company asked me for the measurements so he wouldn't have to do the work! The job started right on time (actually early) and the project manager was constantly in contact to keep me updated and make sure I did not have any questions. The crew was also very good and the finished project looks great. Would highly recommend!

This could not have been a better experience. We enjoyed meeting Shawn...as a matter of fact, we were so confident after our meeting that we didn't solicit any other bids for the fence. STL Fenceworks did a fantastic job on my fence. The crew guys were very professional and worked hard to get the job done and done right. I received a phone call the day before they were scheduled to start asking if they could start a day early! How often does that happen? When the crew arrived, they got right to work and the foreman, Seamus, knew his stuff. Over 100° outside and they hit it hard. The next morning they were back at it bright and early and my fence was done before 11 a.m. The fence is beautiful and the material is of high quality. Shawn knows his business and his employees work hard for him. I will not hesitate to recommend STL Fenceworks to anyone I know and I will use them again in the future if needed.

From the minute Shawn came to our home to give us a quote, we were handled with professionalism and knew we were in good hands. He was not only very knowledgeable about the fence industry, but also customer friendly. The fence went up in a timely manner, and one of the installers even showed up unexpectedly on the morning of the 4th of July to finish the installation, knowing we were planning on entertaining for the holiday. They went over and above to address all our concerns and we are very pleased with the end product. We already have referred several neighbors for quotes. Thank you!

From the initial consultation/free estimate visit to the end result, every aspect of the STL FENCEWORKS experience was very professional. Top-Notch operation all the way! We had 2 other bids prior to STL FENCEWORKS & nearly called to cancel the appointment because we did not want to endure another sales guy promoting there company & bad mouthing the other competition. Shawn was very professional, personable & honest and he has a higher commitment to his customers over the competition because he is the owner and not just a salesman working for a commission or bonus. His workers are extremely professional & polite & are citizens of surrounding communities, both of the other companies we had bids from used "temporary" or contracted labor. We cannot recommend them more, I'm sure the siding & window side of the business is just as Top-Notch. Thank you STL FENCEWORKS, the yard looks amazing!
