There was a bit of challenge getting registered as I apparently registered on a site that doesn't actually register people??? But the overall class was good and the instructor was great.

I really enjoyed taking my CPR renewal for Healthcare Providers through STS CPR Concord. They offered many different times and days which made it easy for me to fit in to my schedule. The instructor (J.P.) was very friendly, knowledgeable and was very thorough in delivering the training to the class without it seeming like a script. I would definitely sign up with STS CPR Concord in the future .

Class was great! Jean Paul did an outstanding job teaching the techniques and making it easy to understand.

This was a quick, no nonsense class, and they got it done in record time. I will come here for my next recerts. Thanks to Charlie!

my instructor was very nice and helpful. I was very pleases with the fact that i got my cpr card right away and with the fact that I was able to find a class immediately

The instructor JP did a great job explaining techniques and possible situations to us. He was approachable and willing to answer extra questions some of us first timers had.

It was an nice happy experience with AJ he did good on explaining all the areas. And was safe environment for me to go thank you very much I'll come back in two years.

My husband and I recently took the EMSA First Aid and CPR class for daycare providers through STS. We chose STS becasue of their stellar reputation, verifiable creditials (EMSA approved) and our positive past experiences with their classes. Also the fact that you do not pay unless you show up is such a wonderful service. We run a daycare and have four children of our own. You never know when someone will get sick and make it so we can't make it to a class and that "insurance" is a huge perk, worth paying the little more you sometimes are. Also, STS's instructors are so nice and make the classes as painless and enjoyable as possible. We had to take the EMSA Preventative Health class in August and had to get it done that month and the day they offered it was not an option in our schedule, so we had to go with Red Cross. We like STS's classes so much better. And the fact they have locations all over the bay really helps. As for this weekend's past class we absolutely adored our teacher Rhonda. She was professional, made sure everything was done properly but was so laid back, relaxed, friendly, informative and a GREAT teacher. She shared some of her own personal stories when they related to the material which really helped. We all liked her so much we all had lunch together so we could continue talking about the materials. We plan to use STS for all our related class needs in the future.

AJ kept things moving along. I learned while time flew by.

This was a great way to renew my BLS! Most important factor was that it is AHA licensed. 2nd was ease of finding a class-- there are many offered. 3rd was the relaxed atmosphere and pace of the class. I will definitely return for future certifications. Thank you!

Wonderful environment, and teachers! Very knowledgable and create real life scenarios. Highly recommended, will be returning for once again another recertification in CPR/aed/first aid in two years! Thanks for the quality work guys!

Very pleasant experience, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate instructor.

I was able to set up my CPR class the same day and pay when I got there in cash. I also had my previous book so I was able to save some money there as well. Overall a good option for what I needed within my time frame. The one downside is it was pretty far from the freeway

I liked the class..organized and thorough, I liked that I could get my card immediately. There were many options for times available.

My experience with sts CPR concord was excellent. I had done CPR before I was renewing it, I felt the instructor had energy and didn't leave us just focused on the videos. And all the information was very helpful .

Staff were very accommodating, you can cancel anytime and rescheduling is easy as well. Thanks a lot STS concord.
