Class was informative, fast-paced and the instructor was helpful, kind and efficient. I have renewed my certification numerous times and never had the class seem to go so quickly.

I have taken plenty of CPR certifications in my life, but none were like the one I experienced at STS CPR Concord. At first I thought I signed up for the wrong class, since the website was somewhat confusing. I called the facility and left a voicemail and got a call back the following day assuring me that I was in the proper class, but if I wanted to change they could be accommodating. I took their advice and stayed and I am so glad I did. It was very interactive. My instructor, JP, was funny and helpful. I actually enjoyed being there as supposed to going there just because I had to be there. Very pleasant experience.

I HAD A GREAT TIME I DIDNT GET BORED EVEN GOT OUT 5 MINUTES EARLY WHICH WAS GREAT TIMING! THE INSTRUCTOR GAVE GREAT DETAILS AND SHOWED COMPASSION AND CONCERN WHEN DOING THE CPR TRAINING HE GOT SERIOUS WHEN IT WAS TIME TO AND JOKED AROUND TO KEEP US AWOKE I REALLY ENJOYED THE CLASS 5 STARS!

Excellent. After taking the CPR class twice before, I really felt as I finally retained the concepts.

Our class instructor was a gentleman named A.J. AJ is well spoken and made the class interesting and because of the serious nature of this business (CPR) - made the class a little light-hearted. He made discussion clear and concise and demonstrated all procedures so that we could understand the correct execution of the procedures. Thank You!

The instructor was informative and made sure everyone understood the material and knew what they were doing before moving on to next section. She was patient and funny. It's the best CPR class I ever took. I would recommend to others.

Overall, it was great. Very efficient on time and great amount of important informations were covered in the course. The Instructor was very knowledge and emphasized on important and valuable informations. Greatly enjoyed my time there.

Charles was very organized, efficient and went through class at a good pace. He was very knowledgeable. Best CPR class I have taken. The class was very hands on and I very much enjoyed that. I will continue taking future CPR trainings there. Thank you very much Charles for doing a great joob teaching us.

I really enjoyed the class, it was very enjoyable, and Charles was very informative, as well as JP. I enjoyed JP's accent: ) it was though charming, I will certainly come back for my renewal after 2 years hopefully till then STS CPR Concord will stick around. Overall i give a rating of 5 out of 5 . My experience with STS CPR was excellent. I was able to register for a class, which was helpful because I needed to take a CPR class right away. The instructor (JP) was very knowledgable. I also liked the hands-on lessons to CPR; very helpful. I would highly recommend STS CPR to anyone who needs to take a CPR course.
