My appointment with Dr. Ali was great! She is friendly, down to earth, and makes me comfortable . She is thorough in my past history and reviewing the blood test results, explaining them. She is encouraging to us elders, making sure we are keeping busy and enjoying life.

Dr. Ali is knowledgeable and a good listener. She answers all of my questions & doesn't rush the appointment. Her staff is friendly and I would definitely recommend Zanjabee to other people!

The staff is very friendly and gets you in and out of the office in a timely manner. Dr Ali is a very pleasant doctor and has been very helpful in treatment. I am glad I decided to go to the clinic to see her.

I really like getting my care from Dr Basmaa Ali. She covers all aspects of your health including diet, exercise, and your life at home. She answers my questions in a clear and thorough manner. Her remedies may be natural and non-medicinal which I find to be helpful and without side effects. She really cares about the quality of life for her patients. Dr Ali's admin staff are also great to work with. They are caring and responsive in helping with referrals and any needed documentation that I may need.

Dr. Ali has a way of having me do what she suggests. Not by telling me I HAVE to do something but by her way of giving me recommendations on how I can do as she would have me do it. It’s more of a challenge than an order. I really like her way.

Dr Ali listens and truly hears my concerns. She takes the time to understand my bio psycho social history. Most importantly to me, she offers whole person solutions but does not hesitate to prescribe western medicine when needed.

In this office I feel seen, not just in the way a typical Doctor sees a patient, but seen as a whole person. It is the first practice I have been to where I have felt prioritized, understood, and treated as a complicated being, both mentally and physically. Here, I am not just a part, a symptom, an illness, or an issue.

I feel that all three of these concerns, Quality of Care, Friendliness, and Comfort, are met with Dr. Ali. She knows her profession and explains it well to her patients. She also emphasizes diet which I believe is very important to or health.

Zanjabee provides excellent overall quality of care. I am rarely kept waiting to be seen by the Doctor. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Ali knows my medical history and conditions. I feel as if I'm a real patient and not a number; she knows who I am and listens to my questions and concerns.

Jennifer was more than helpful. Last week she sent paperwork to a provider for us without a hitch. Not only that but she did not make me feel like this was going to be a big thing. She made off like she was really happy to help us. At our appointment she the other day, she came in the back to get our vitals because Amy was busy and she did not want us to wait. When Amy came in she was also very friendly.After out appointment Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our next appointment was at a comfortable time for us.

Both Dr Ali and medical assistants show concern and care during the visit. Hello, My name is Frada and I had a wonderful experience at Zanjabee Integrative Medicine center. I was very comfortable waiting (a very short waiting time) in the modern patient reception area, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere in the clean, well-equipped office with high functionality. The staff was friendly, made sure I was comfortable in the facility and I was seen by the doctor promptly. The doctor (Dr. Ali) has is a knowledgeable doctor who during my visit asked many questions regarding patients well-being, symptoms, habits, diet, etc. After the doctor collected all the necessary data, she designed a personalized treatment plan that included my diet, exercise and general well-being. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Ali to those who are in need of better health, nutrition and general health state. Frada

Excellent care and attention given, from ear infections to creating a plan for healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise. Extremely knowledgable with thoughtful explanations and options for treatment and/or preventative care. Dr. Ali and staff are caring and friendly, easy to work with, and communications make scheduling and follow up very convenient. Location is nice with plenty of nearby parking and accessibility. I can even take the commuter rail from my home in Melrose! I was recommended by a friend and now I have happily passed on Dr. Ali's information to others. Thank you!
