This is my first time purchasing a home on my own and Jason was very helpful educating me about the many unknowns of the process of buying a house. Jason was very responsive to emails and very upfront about the entire process from the beginning. Will definitely contact him again in the future.

Jason was extremely helpful in walking me through the refinance process. He was timely in his responses and was honest in his evaluation of changing rates. I would not hesitate to use Jason again for his knowledge, timeliness and professionalism.

So after scratching my brow for months trying to figure out how to best get my credit score and debt to income where I needed them for a good interest rate and comfortable sized home, Jason stepped in to the rescue. I sent my info to Gina, and in record time they replied and got me started. Jason not only told me exactly what my next steps were but he also took the time to tell me why each step was necessary. I followed his advice to the letter and voila, I was signing a purchase agreement on new construction. But wait. That's not all. Throughout the building process, Jason supported me through my anxiety and dumb questions with nothing but patience. I recommend Jason highly as he's very smart, patient, and funny. That comes in handy during such a nail biting time in one's life. So trust me on this. If you need help in buying a home and can't figure out which route is best, Jason is your guy.

JASON DELAUNE GOT ME THE LOAN WHEN NO OTHER LENDERS COULD!!!! I started working with Jason long before I actually got a loan. If it werent for Jasons guidance, hard work, and blunt honesty, I have no doubt I would either still be living in an 1100 sq.ft. house with my wife and 5 kids, or HOMELESS!(...and yes,I mean literally because we already had a contract on the house we were trying to sell). My situation was a little different than most. I had quite a few things on my credit report that were affecting my score adversely that I had to get removed. It was no doubt a pain in the neck acquiring all the necessary paperwork to give Jason so he could help dispute any questionable data, but at the end of the day, it was all worth it. Jason never promised me anything that he could not deliver unlike some of the lenders I tried using before him. They would all promise me that they could do the loan because I made plenty of money and my score was just barely high enough but when they would try pushing the loan through underwriting, my loan would get booted out. Jason helped me get all my credit issues straight again after we worked a game plan over the course of about a year to get my score back to what it needed to be. Even then, my score was not that great but at this point, I had a contract on the house I was living in, I had another baby on the way and I still wasn't even prequalified. Jason finally was able to get me prequalified when nobody else could...and believe me, I was starting to worry that my family and I would soon be homeless! I absolutely had to do a conventional loan because I could not use my wifes debt on the loan. This was a must. In order to get a conventional loan, I was required to put 15% down on the new home. Coming up with that much money was tough but I had to do what I had to do in order to keep a roof over our heads. Between the money I made from selling my house and taking a hardship withdrawal from my 401k, I was able to come up with the downpayment!!! Jason can be very blunt sometimes, but don't take that as anything but him just being real and honest with you. Trust me, you don't want a lender who is going to make promises he can't keep because you'll likely get yourself in a bind like I almost did. Luckily God put Jason in my life when he did because the man really did everything he could to help me make this transition into a new home. I can't thank him enough. I would absolutely use him again in the future. As a matter of fact, he and I have already talked about refinancing my loan to get a better interest rate in the near future after I follow his advice with some of my credit issues. Thanks alot to Jason and his whole team. They are true knowledgeable professionals and are extremely good at what they do!

I originally was going to use who I bank with, like I had done before, but chose Jason this time because he came so highly recommended. Jason and his team are truly experts and did a much better job than my bank did before. I'm a 22 year old single parent and with the help of my realtor, I found Jason. We went to our bank first. Not a lot of options, they kept asking for more and more information and took forever to respond. Got in touch with Jason. Yeah, this guy is good. Very helpful, very informative, extremely friendly, even more knowledgeable and is willing to spend as much time on the phone with you as needed till all your questions are answered. Stays on top of things. Except for one time, he answered the phone when I called. That one time he didn't answer, he had called me back within 30 minutes. When Jason says he's going to deliver on something, he comes through. He MAKES IT HAPPEN. Seriously, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE.

My experience with Jason DeLaune was phenomenal. Jason goes above and beyond with his work, which is very comforting for someone who was buying their first home. Jason Delaune was awesome. I got to know Jason when my brother-in-law had trouble with communicating to Jason during the time they were applying for a mortgage loan. My bother-in-law and his wife don't understand English very well. Jason was very patient and explained to them/their friends a few times, but they still could not understand his explanation. After they asked me to help them, Jason explained the current situation to me and gave them some good advises on how to handle their case. I was a translator for Jason and my brother-in-law. Sure enough: their loan got approved by following Jason's guidance. I remember sometimes I had to text or call Jason at 10pm, and he responded to my text/call right away. I would say Jason is one of the best loan officers that I have known. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to the applicants. Not only that, he called me to check on the on the day of their closing. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Actually, I already sent my sister to him.

I had some hurdles to overcome getting my VA loan done. I tried a few different Loan Officers. Jason went that extra mile to insure my loan would close. The most important aspect of my loan process was the attention Jason gave to me and my family. I never had to pick up the phone to call him. Jason was proactive at every stage of the process.
