Jason was recommended to us highly by our realtor and we simply could not have been more fortunate to have found someone as helpful as he was. He was fully aware that we were financing our first home and, as we were inexperienced, he was immensely patient with us and thoroughly explained and answered all of our questions. We work long and irregular hours and Jason was attentive and flexible and made himself available to us any time we needed assistance. Jason made what we understood to be a long and arduous experience relatively stress free. We were pleased with the options he presented to us and simply could not have envisioned the experience being any better than it was.

I had a very good experience working with Jason DeLaune. He was always very helpful with any questions I had. This was my first time purchasing and financing a home and I felt that he explained the process very clearly and helped me find a financing option that world the best for me. It was much easier for me working through him than It was with my bank which made it possible for me to purchase the home that I wanted. Jason also was very prompt to respond to my emails and phone calls even after regular business hours. I would definitely do business with him again in the future.

Jason Delaune was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the mortgage process and would ask me questions throughout the process to make sure that I understood everything. My wife and I have bought three homes in the last several years and we have also refinanced a couple of times. On first two mortgages and my first refinance I just used the bank I've always used. I had a difficult financial situation and it seemed that any bank I visited could not help me AT ALL! I began shopping independent loan officers and brokers to see who could get my situation under control... fast... and would be knowledgeable and RESPONSIVE to my needs. [RESPONSIVENESS is such a big deal. There were many mortgage 'professionals' who just didn't call or email me back.] I came across a few who met that criteria but were SO EXPENSIVE and wanted so much of MY MONEY. And then a friend of a friend referred me to Jason DeLaune. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.
