We chose 3 lectures with Kirk at the 2019 Hinman in Atlanta and we were not disappointed! Kirk delivered! We celebrated what we’re doing right and were thrilled when we realized we were just as excited about what we’re doing wrong! Wait. What?! We can’t wait to get back home and get started on our new goals!!! Worth every minute!

Kirk was very informative and also entertaining. I learned a lot.

Excellent speaker, liked the fact that we could go through the slides on our phone, very direct on tools given today.... got the pearls I needed to make our schedule better and make my doctor happier as well as keeping those dental chairs full and given the power to say NO to those “C” patients and the pushy ones who want to tell me when I can schedule them. Time well spent today!!! Thank you for coming to our great town.

Amazing fun day. Excellent information presented in a extremely relatable format. Or should I say “ system “. I have been blessed in the most amazing occupation for 45 yrs. The only real challenge I have is retirement.... scary. Today’s talk just added one more exciting spark to the new chapter of my life, that I am rapidly approaching. Kirk was the speaker at a dental meeting I went to today. He is an excellent speaker, and extremely motivated for us to hear important facts for a successful dental office ! Also gave us awesome information just for life in general ! ! He has a great Personality and is hilarious ! I feel safe to say that he kept and maintained everyone’s tension throughout the three hour meeting! I could have listen to him speak all day! I hope I get to hear him again soon

I have been in the dental field for 37 years . I started as a dental assistant, worked 10 years working for Met life and Cigna in the dental insurance field. I ran the dental assisting school at Harris school and and office manager for 19 years in 3 different types of dental practices . I have been to many continuing education courses over these years so I heard it all but I keep going because I feel if I get just one new idea to use in my office then the course was worth it but I have to say that Kirk Behrendt s course “ the too 10 secrets to make your practice thrive” was amazing ! I got so much from it and can’t wait to go back to the office on Monday to start implementing. The only regret I have is that our entire team was not present . I came with the dentist and I do a lot of the things Kirk mentioned and my dr and I share the same goals for her practice but I just hope I can present it to the rest of the staff as well as Kirk did . Because all of your team has to be the same in the way we do things and I want our patients , from the first phone call they made to the office to how they are greeted by the front desk to their treatment and to finally their check out and handling of copays , insurance etc to be awesome and the patient to say “WOW” . I already have put together a standard operating procedure book which is full of written “How To do something . But never thought about writing up for example how do we handle new patients when they call us . What do we want each of our hygienists do on ever new patient ( so that every new patient is treated the same way regardless of which hygienist see s them ) how do we handle when someone tries to cancel . So I am so excited to start putting these types of things in writing and then meet with staff so we are on the same page . And Kirk mentioned about picking weeds in your office and we have one staff member that we have known for about a year now that she does not share our passion and she doesn’t follow the way we want and we keep hoping she will change but the dr and I realize that she is a weed and is sucking the positive energy from the rest of staff and now we know what to do . Thank you so much ! It was a fantastic seminar and Kirk made it fun and exciting to hear

I loved this seminar! This is the best I have been too. The only change I would make is focus more on what our office needs and less on the areas we don’t need help. I think the whole message was great and very true. However, I feel our office already does good in some topics discussed and needed more time to discuss other topics. If this could have been pre-tailored to our office it would have been even better. Just my opinion. I would still recommend this to every business!!!
