great morning great ideas already putting into practice. ordered the books on tape you recommended. Started my checklist program starting with complicated procedure's that need to have checklists ( ie implants). Had morning meeting when receptionist wanted to change the schedule, asked her to think critically about production relating to schedule..Lots of work to do Thanks for everything....Believe you are a Christian so am I Have you ever worked in Younglife? I have been coming to the Chicago Mid-Winter meetings for about 19 years now and I have never been to a class that was this AMAZING!!! All the information that was given and the way it was delivered was Fantastic . Can't wait to get back to work and incorporate all that I have learned . Highly motivational! Wonderful to attend a CE course that addresses front desk personnel! Our needs are sometimes omitted from the subject matter included in these types of courses. Hooray for a speaker who understands the importance of family!!

I to practice by the philosophy of educating the patient and allowing them to make a choice of the viable treatment alternatives. I was extremely pleased that ACT was not another hard selling, blood sucking, squeeze every last drop,hostage taking consulting group. We loved Kirk's positive and simultaneously realistic message. It is always refreshing to know there are still plenty of true professionals who are more concerned with their service to others rather than themselves. If we take care of our patients, they will take care of us. ACT has taught me some ways to make a great thing even better. Thank you!

Wow! Really needed this meeting today! I've been in dentistry since 1983, started off as a dental assistant and then to become an RDH. Love my job, and I so appreciate my office. I try to bring a lot of energy to work and my teammates but sometimes I feel defeated and too manic and tried to tone it down this week. I shut down at work and at home. Haven't been nice to the family for 3 days because I "hit the wall." After the morning session I felt very emotional. Laughed A LOT!, cried, and then felt validated through Kirks rollercoaster ride of emotions of how we all feel at work and that it is not just me. After returning to the afternoon session, I received the biggest compliment from my coworker and she said, do you know what I thought about during the morning session?, YOU :), I said what???!!! She said you , meaning me, bring so much energy and fun to the day, and he reminds me of you. TEARS!!, and thanked her. Now I'm thanking you! I feel like maybe I do make a difference in people lives and that I do need to focus on me and my husband more and put kids and work 2 and 3rd. What a release I had today. Seminar today at the 5th District Mid-Winter Meeting was fantastic! Kirk is a very engaging, exciting speaker and message was very meaningful and important. I've been in dentistry 30+ years (25 as an "Expert Hygienist"), and after today, I'm excited about making changes in our office and continuing to provide excellent care to our patients.

The staff seminar was exciting. My TEAM has been to many motivating seminars and sometimes gets bored. There wasn't a dull minute. We left feeling energized and excited about dentistry and our practice as well as inspired to make it the very best it can be. I previously worked as an Event Coordinator for five years for one of the study clubs who had the privilege of attending your lecture today, and I feel, hands down, that your presentation was the best that I have ever attended. I thought your presentation was amazing! I love the system! It works! I'm proud to say that the practice I have been in for the past 6 years is incredible! We all are positive,productive and work well together and we provide the best patient care for our patients! All tho i need to incorporate that 1 hour of cardio and weight training! I thought 20 min was good! You gave me the motivation to continue to improve myself! I love the 7-3 work day but don't think my boss will go for that...yet ! Thank you for such a inspiring event! I've been a hygienist for ten years and this was HANDS DOWN the best seminar I have ever been to. And we've done two rounds of Levin and countless CES. An elderly new patient told me yesterday that he saw me walking around the office and thought I was so happy and perky and wanted to know me, he couldn't wait to hear what I had to say. I thought he was so sweet and kind but now I know how he felt because we felt like that about YOU, Kirk! I took away so much more than just office advice. He felt like a life coach and I felt there feeling like a million bucks. The info on marriage, parenting, exercise, me time, and everything else is so spot on. When I left, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go workout, have a date night, plan our next family vacation or go read one of his book suggestions but I knew I had to do something! I called my husband to try and describe the message and was left speechless which doesn't happen often. It's a "you had to be there" type of experience. Our office was front row and I loved every moment and didn't want him to stop talking. He felt like someone we have known forever and knew all of our darkest places, all without having any dental experience?! We laughed, we cried and every emotion in between. We are so lucky to have a great office with lots of love and personalities, our patients consistently comment on how they can feel the bond we have and enjoy coming to our office. Kirk is able to tap into that and I feel like we can take each other and ourselves to the next level with his information. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kirk for coming to Florida and sharing your heart with us. Many blessings to you and your family, you are awesome!!

I truly enjoyed the seminar. Uplifting and AWESOME. My only comment is that while 7-3 hours might be nice for some...we single Mom's have to leave our children alone in the morning hours which is awful and upsetting. Please don't push for the 7-3... while some might like to work without a lunch I find it truly energy sucking to not have a break in the day.. time of quiet and recharging is essential...No one is at there best without a break.. particularly at the end of the week
