Hands down the best dental coaching team and seminar on the planet. Absolutely hilarious, entertaining, and engaging with practical application of action items to begin implementing on Monday morning. My team and I are fired up and looking forward to more ACT dental coaching events :)

Kirk is a high energy speaker who is humorous and very engaging! His examples and stories were relatable on so many levels. My only regret is that I was the only one from the practice who attended. Most definitely would have been great for the whole staff.

Kirk presented a wealth of knowledge to help make the questions I ask and the time I spend with my staff and patients more effective, in hopes I'll be able to to put my best energy where it's needed most!

Kirk. Well done. Great meeting. Morning was a little more focused . Afternoon had "amazing " content but too scattered. Seemed like u have all this great info and were trying to cram it all in. Attended Kirk's afternoon class at PNDC. The presentation was very helpful, relevant, high energy and provided inspiration for team members to reflect and improve. I am the dentist's wife and do the bookkeeping from home, but it was evident that he connected with the team members. I also appreciated the "do something in the next 48 hours" so there was a call to action and not just another entertaining class. Thank you.

I heard Kirk speak at a dental convention this afternoon and he was amazing! Our whole team felt energized, inspired and motivated! His enthusiasm and positive attitude just made our entire weekend! Let's just say, I will never miss an opportunity to hear him again.

I brought my entire team of 8 to listen to Kirk speak in Boise on Friday. When we met back in the office Monday morning we took some time to talk about our experience. To a person, each had gone home and visited with their spouses, or significant other. Each talked about wanting to make needed changes in their lives to become more focused on the things that really mattered to them. As their employer, I was thrilled to see them wanting to become a better version of themselves knowing that would carry over to the practice. As someone who cares about them, I was even more thrilled that they could see a clearer path to greater fulfillment and happiness for themselves and their families.
