We received quotes from several roofing contractors both individually and group owned. American Roofing, while not the cheapest or most expensive, stood out from the rest. The salesman, Trey, was very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, clear on the answers and efficient in responding to our emails. From the day that we hired them, we received superior service. We were promptly scheduled. On the day of the install, someone reached out to possibly reschedule because of their concern for a chance of rain. After talking to the gentleman in charge of the crew performing the work, they decided to go ahead as they were sure they could get it done before the rain came in. They did just that. In a matter of hours, they were done. They were very professional, quick and cleaned up all the mess. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They were amazing! So glad we went with them!

American Roofing sales rep Myles Penney has been so helpful in working with me and the insurance company to get my new roof installed. Project Manager Jason and his crew worked tirelessly and finished the installation in one day. I am very pleased with the finished product, the post clean-up and the follow up inspection by Myles after the work was done. I have already and will continue to recommend American Roofing.

I had a really good experience with American Roofing. The salesman Chad that I worked with was responsive when I reached out with a question. He did a good job of explaining the products used and the process for getting on the schedule. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. They showed up when they said they would. The crew worked almost non stop the entire day to finish the job on time. They cleaned up all debris before they left. The foreman John was good to work with as well. He walked the property with me after the job was done to make sure any concerns or questions I had were addressed. I was very satisfied with the process and the finished product. Would definitely consider using American Roofing again if I need roof work done in the future.

Lucas was great to work with as well as Fansisco. We had a last minute delay due to weather and they were great with helping coordinate delivery and change in work date. The morning of the repair, the team was early got started right away! I’ve only found maybe 2 nails that were missed with the magnet machine in the lawn but to me that’s pretty impressive! Overall very happy with our team that helped us and our new roof!

The quality of work from start to finish was outstanding. My American Roofing representative was always ready for the next step in the process and guided me through it very proficiently.

Ok, so a severe storm blew through my neighborhood a few weeks ago. I saw some shingles in my yard but attributed them to my neighbors old crappy roof on their shed. So this young man knocks on my door one afternoon and says he noticed roof damage on my house and asked if I would like a free roof inspection. I just sort of laughed and said, “Sure, knock yourself out.” The young man’s name was Jack Parrot and he was a sales rep for American Roofing. After about a half hour on my roof, he knocked on my door again and showed me pictures of missing shingles, creased shingles, dented shingles and a lot of other roof damage I had no idea was there. From there he took over and contacted my insurance company. The next day Farm Bureau sent out an adjuster. Jack met him here. The adjuster was surprised we hadn’t already had interior damage because the roof damage was so severe. Long story short, Jack Parrot and American Roofing in Knoxville, Tennessee within a week and a half had my roof repaired and replaced. They did it when they said they would and they did EXACTLY what they said they would do. Best part was the crew they sent to do the work. These guys treated my house like they lived here. I could go into details but there are so many it would bore you. From start to finish this has been one of the best experiences I have EVER had dealing with a contractor who worked on my home. Long story short, I don’t know these guys or their company, nor do I owe them anything or have they paid me anything to say this. But if you need roof work, you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT go wrong calling these guys. Ask for Jack Parrot and tell him Big Norm from Walland, Tn sent you. P.S. if they do your roof, make sure you get the crew who did mine. You won’t be disappointed.

Lucas and Francisco were a great team! Lucas from the start was incredibly awesome and helped me go through all the hurdles we faced due to insurance issues. When the job was completed, Francisco was on it for the one concern I had. The guys who did the install were professional, efficient, and tidy! Great experience across the board!

He even came a second time to meet with the insurance inspector. Cole the operations manager was helpful during the scheduling process and very kind. On roofing day Edgar and his team were simply amazing! The team was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job! Then we had follow up texts and phone calls to ensure our satisfaction.
