Several attempts in filing claims with the insurance company resulted in never getting a new roof when one was terribly needed. Chase Whited from American Roofing Company visited my neighborhood requesting an inspection of the roof due to wind and hail damaged resulting from a storm. He stated he would assist me in working with my insurance company. Chase's inspection revealed a dire need of a new roof and we immediately contacted insurance company to file a claim. He was there when the adjuster arrived and showed him much damage. The insurance provided estimate for new roof. Chase was there all the way in the process of roof installation. Workers were just amazing and fast in placing new roof. Cleaned up all debris. You would never have known someone worked for 8 hours installing a roof. Very timely and responsive. I recommend American Roofing for roof installation. Thanks to Chase Whited for coming through the neighborhood. Excellent job. I am most satisfied with my new roof.

Did a great job

From the beginning of the process After the storm last year damaged my home. When I first contacted American Roofing Company the entire experience was very pleasant. I was working with Patrick and his boss AJ. We had suffered significant damage to our home totaling over $17,000 to our roof the structure, and interior walls and ceilings. My situation was very complicated, however the team were very patient on working with me and my family. I'm a stay-at-home mother of 4 children and a caregiver to my husband that came out of chemotherapy the previous year. My insurance policy was an aCV coverage which means my roof was not totally covered. This professional team worked with my family to keep us in budget and made sure to get us a proper roof that would last for the next 30 plus years. It turned out beautiful and professional. The work was literally done in one day. Anytime I needed anything all I had to do was call during the entire process and someone would get back with me immediately. While I was waiting for the insurance claim to be approved their team sent a tech out to the house to tarp the roof in the spots that we're currently leaking with the spring storms. Needless to say we had a strong storm last week with heavy rainfall that flooded several areas and our roof protected our home and the interior was dry as a bone. And for once since the storms did the damage to our home I slept a lot better. I would recommend American Roofing Company to any homeowner that needs a roof done or repaired. I have had nothing but positive comments from all of my neighbors and family on how professional, beautiful and nice the roof looks. Quite frankly there's never been a roof on this home that has looked this good and is this durable. I am beyond impressed by the work these guys did. From the minute they arrived they didn't stop. I am so happy with our roof. I just go outside to look at it. The clean up these guys did was awesome. They were on their hands and knees looking for nails. Great job boys . You're absolutely awesome.

I was contemplating having my roof inspected, I knew it was time. When Madison Bowen from American Roofing Company knocked on my door.. her introduction and knowledge got my attention right away. She wanted to "scoot upon my roof to take a look". From inspection, insurance claim, approval, selection of materials, Madison got it Done! Without her expertise I would have been lost..Her partner in Execellance, Nash Hearn is equally knowledgeable, professional through and always available for any questions I had. As for installation.. WOW ... supervised by Nash, from delivery of materials to installation to final wrap up he also, got it done! The Roofers ... Indeed, a hard working crew. Installation and excellent clean up in One day... My roof looks great, my property value increased... Thank you Madison, Nash and Roofers for a job very well done.

Courtney was fantastic to work with. She explained the purchasing and insurance process clearly, followed up with me when necessary and generally did a great overall job getting us through the process. She was a huge help and I really appreciate her level of care.

I would give 10 stars if i could. American Roofing & Madison exceeded our expectations every step of the way!! Madison pulled into our driveway and offered a free inspection. After having the insurance inspector tell us there was nothing wrong with our roof almost 6 months prior, Madison confirmed not only was there extreme wind damage but that our entire roof needed to be replaced. She took care of our claims, phone calls and met with the insurance inspector to go over the details of what she had found. Insurance then approved for an entire new roof! Literally no stress whatsoever. She handled it all! Both Madison and Nash were available all day during the install and showed up at the finish to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They used the yard magnet one more time around our home and made sure there was no trash left. Their crew did an amazing job cleaning up. I would highly recommend American Roofing, Madison, Nash and their entire crew for all your roofing needs!! We could not be more pleased!

My experience with American Roofing was great from beginning to end. Chris was a very confident sales person and explained the process from quote to completion very precise. Lead person keep me informed of the time they would arrive and how they be performing work both days.

Roof looks great and no leaks so far. They replaced my entire roof in one day, tear off and replacement. Any questions I had along the way were answered very quickly by the staff at American roofing and they guided me seamlessly through the process.

ARC did great work. Courtney continuously kept us up to date through texts and emails as to when our new roof would be scheduled, what to expect and checking in to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

American Roofing Company let me tell you have a Gem within your company her name is Courtney hands down. I have spoken with Courtney several times regarding insurance questions that I knew nothing about. She was very patient with me very polite and caring. Great experience, Andrew was very courteous and professional. He answered any questions we had and even stopped by an extra day when the shingles we wanted were unavailable, but we were able to get what we wanted thanks to Andrew.

They did a fantastic job and work with me paying off my deductible. I doubt with Courtney and she was absolutely wonderful helping me with my payments and letting me know when my final payment was due and was paid off. She was very friendly and helpful a delight to deal with it was smooth sailing, and I think y'all should give her a raise. LOL would recommend American roofing to any of my friends are relatives. We had such a great experience with American Roofing Company and love our brand new roof! From start to finish their communication and follow up was awesome! They ran with the step by step process of getting the ball rolling with getting our new roof. Kaleb that first evaluated our roof was a friendly face and a pleasure to work with throughout. The branch manager, Terrell was their throughout as well and evaluated the roof after the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied. All of the employees I had any interaction with was great and very professional. Took some time to get the weather to let them install our roof but they kept us informed the whole way. I would recommend them to everyone
