I have had a wonderful experience with your company, American Roofing!!! Jeff, Jason, and Courtney!! Thank you all for you patience and for running AMAZING crews! During this process my mother had passed away. Mr. Jeff did not rush me to get the guys there. He told me to take the time I needed and that they would be there when I was ready. He wasn’t worried about loosing us as clients; he was more concerned with me loosing my mother and my well-being. That means the world to me and my family. Thank you for that. They were all patient with my questions and mr talkative personality. Jason had actually noticed where my cats were escaping while he was out at our property! Sent me a picture! I was able to fix that quickly and keep my cats up safe from predators. It’s the small simple things that have a huge impact. An American roofing salesman made a sales call to my house, spoke with me about thier company, took measurements of my roof, and a couple of days later presented me with thier bid and information about how the process would take place. I accepted thier bid. They scheduled my install, did the roof and cleaned up. Everything thing that was told to me was spot on. I was kept well informed, the job was outstanding, and everyone was very professional. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our new roof. It looks great and the workers cleaned up the yard before they left. The crew was very friendly and courteous and stayed on task so the job was finished in one day. Once the coordination with our insurance company and our mortgage company was complete, everything went smoothly.

I went through the process with Emery and he made it simple. The work appears to be Quality Work. It looks really good and as long as we do not have future leaks we will be very happy! The whole process has gone smoothly so far. We have not received the final bill yet.

The team of roofers were on time the day of installation, cleaned up all the old roof debris and did a wonderful job . All was as it should be. The initial 2 men came by after a storm. They couldn’t have been nicer even to my many DIRECT questions. They helped me in many ways understand what was going to happen. Later, any time the crew was scheduled to be there, they WERE and on time. Worked hard and protected things around my house. End result was also great! No complaints! Thank you all.

I’m very happy with how my roof turned out . It made my house look like it was built yesterday and The cost was very affordable with very good service from the people working on it.
