Our sales person Rich was very helpful, friendly, and personable. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle. He seemed to be enjoying the car selling process. Please give him time to learn the trade. I've been in sales myself before and I believe he will make a good representative of your company and make a lot of money for you and him. My wife and I just love our new Jeep Cherokee 4x4. The ending price with the rebates was an affordable price to pay for a new vehicle with 4 wheel drive. Thanks also for the sales manager wanting to make a deal and letting us know about our Hot credit as he put it. The wheel of gifts was a nice touch too! I just wish you guys would of kept your Chrysler dealership in Columbia MO. We had bought a new minivan from there too. You run a very trustworthy and good business. We enjoyed our service, treatment, and especially our newest member in our driving fleet. The 4x4 will be very usefull this winter. We are pleased with the appearance and gas mileage and other ratings of the Cherokee!

Purchased new tires, had oil changed and an as alignment. I usually have these things done at Big o tires, however Chrysler was less expensive. Chuck is my go to service contact and was awesome to work with. He is always very friendly and willing to assist with any questions I might have. John did the work on the van and I had a question about coolant fluid levels. He took the time to show me the correct levels to have in the vehicle. Excellent service. Please give these two a raise as I would not want them to leave Chrysler. Thank you

The service at Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep is always outstanding! Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. I am also very appreciative of the shuttle service that is offered; as I live in Columbia but work in Jeff City it is something that I typically take advantage of.

My service was friendly and speedy. The service guys all know me and it s a good feeling when you walk in and your greeted by your name. I have never experienced any problems with the service guys, the body shop, or the sales department.

A week ago on Saturday Morning I came to the conclusion that my 2008 Saturn Vue was no longer able to meet my needs. After finding Capitol Dodge and Chrysler to have the 2016 Dodge Charger I was interested in I notified them via Email and was contacted within minutes. Honestly the most hospitable and genuine people I have ever interacted with. The atmosphere was relaxed and I could convey my needs without any pressure. 3 hours after arriving at the dealership I was able to drive away in my new Dodge charger. And they gave me a fair bluebook value trade in for my vue which was a great relief. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to purchase a car from Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and it was more than worth it.

Very impressed with the level of customer service that I received. As somebody that works in the hospitality/ sales business at The Lodge of Four Seasons, I couldn't have had a better experience. From finding the Jeep website online to getting prequalified online prior to my stepping into your doors. Then being directed to your website so that I could pick the vehicle I was looking for. I immediately received a text message asking if this was a good number to use after being on the website filling out my forms and making my pick. The next morning getting a call asking if I would like to set up a time to test drive the jeep. One sales person had a family emergency so another sales person Mr. Mike Jones texted me to notify me that he would be my new salesperson and to ask for him upon arrival. I was able to come the very next day to test drive the 2016 Jeep Cherokee with little to no wait. Mike Jones was very friendly not pushy, ask all the right questions to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for in the vehicle that I had came to test drive even down to the colors. Due to my back issues and pain Mike was very understanding and made sure that I was comfortable at all times during the test drive and sale process. My back pain was the biggest reason why I was buying a new vehicle in the first place. I needed something to transfer in and out of without having to bend down or step up into and with needing great back support for my low back. Mike made sure that I was able to get in and out of the vehicle with very little amount of pain. Then he made sure that I was aware of how to adjust the seat and the steering wheel to the best comfort for me before we even turned on the Jeep. I was able to get exactly same Jeep Cherokee that I was looking for online and I couldn't be happier with it. I did have some add-ons to the vehicle but I was able to drive it home that night. They made sure I had an appointment to come back on Monday to have the add-ons taking care of right away. I look forward to experiencing the customer service levels in the service center when I come to have my Jeep's add ons and to keep regularly maintained maintenance done. All the way through the process every person that I have dealt with was very courteous, polite, and up front.
