After an unpleasant experience with a local jeep dealer, I decided to drive to the next closest dealer to see what they had available. We expressed what vehicles I was interested in and how much I wanted to spend. Robert kindly and professionally helped me find a car that fit into my budget, gave me a fair amount for my trade and made us feel welcome and valued. I dread pulling into car dealerships because you never know if they'll help you find what you really like or if you'll be given a fair deal, but I can recommend Capitol for an enjoyable car shopping experience and will definitely be back.

We were looking to trade our jeep compass in on a 4 door wrangler. We had purchased our compass from Capital 3 yrs ago. We visited the dealership a month earlier, but couldn't find a Wrangler within our budget. My wife Nicole inquired online for info about a listing at Capital. Tifany called us back and with Glenn's help, gave us an exceptional trade in value on our Compass and got us the Wrangler at a price that worked for our budget. When we went to do paperwork, they informed us they were able to secure better financing terms that lowered our monthly even lower that quoted. Now Nicole has her dream Jeep and happy wife makes for happy life. Thanks Capital!

Tiffany Hernandez with Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep on the Blvd. I had inquired about two vehicles on Tuesday and let her know I would be coming in on my lunch break to look at them. She had both of them pulled up side by side when I got there and had somebody ready to look at my trade in. I let her know which one I was most interested in and told her I would talk it over with my husband that evening. She text me shortly after leaving and told me the trade it price and asked if I would like to test drive it over night so we could get a good feel for the van. I took her up on the offer. After taking it home I had texted her and told her we would like to buy it. I had planned on driving it on yesterday and closing the deal. She was supposed to be off work, but was going to come in anyway. Yesterday morning we had some issues with the key fob and cold not get into the van without the alarm going off. She talked to the service department and told us some things to try, none of which worked. She ended up driving out to our house and bringing the second key to us, which worked. She said they would fix the issue (the ignition said defective key once we got in) and have it detailed and ready for us to pick up today. We went in and closed the deal last night ALL ON HER DAY OFF. She was so great, it was more like I was dealing with a friend than a grumpy car salesperson. They total time spent in the dealership was less than 30 minutes between the two days! She had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there. For a busy mom, that was amazing! If anyone is looking for a great sales person, she is the one to go to!

As a returning customer buying my 3rd vehicle in the last year or so, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Exceptional service in everyway!

The guys here are awesome! This is the only dealership I have been in where I didn't feel pressured and they worked with what I could afford. Very good communication and great atmosphere with nice friendly people. Too often car salesman have a stigma of being pushy and only concerned with money. I guarantee you won't find that here. They're looking to put you in a quality vehicle that won't break your budget and are willing to take how much ever time is needed. I'd recommend them to anybody

The sales rep. Ted Engle did a wonderful job, he took the time to explain everything, and pull all vehicles out that I was interested in, he wasn't pushy, he took his time, great customer service, the whole team was great, I appreciate all the work that they did to help me.

Jacob was a super at his job. Positive attitude, answered all questions and willing to assist. Very good at his duties. The finance area was also excellent. We have purchased several vehicles from Capitol and have been pleased with all experiences. Wish I could have got the normal 4 oil changes.

Great Service. They did not have the van that I wanted so they found one in Kansas and went and got it. They also met the price of the lowest priced dealer I could find in the state. Very friendly and courteous.
