After a bad experience at a previous dentist with fillings I was very nervous about getting any dental work done. Dr. Laura, Dr. Alex and the entire staff at Chemong Family dentist were very reassuring and have made all my experiences very comfortable.

I had experience with Dr. Rhee and Dr. De Luca, both are excellent. I found them very dedicated, caring and friendly. His staff is also, Is the second time the Nicole was my hygienist She's amazing, very professional and counsious about my sensitivity.

Dr. Laura and the staff at Chemong Family Dental are amazing. They have been kind, caring, patient, and always with a smile. When I was in dental pain Megan and Amy worked me into the schedule, so thoughtful and kind. The incredible team that work with Dr. Laura were caring and so thoughtful to help ease the pain. Dr. Laura, like an angel, made the pain stop. Even though it was the Easter weekend Dr. Laura was available if I needed her, a heart of gold.

My experience as a new patient at Chemong Family Dental was excellent. The dental hygienist who worked with me, Laura C, was extremely friendly and conscientious of my comfort. In addition, there was a high level of communication regarding the state of my teeth and what was being done at all times. The entire staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Each visit that I attend have always been great. Today Lisa K, Laura C, and Megan at front desk were the main staff I worked with. The Doctors are great as well. I had Dr. P today. I am always very comfortable with each visit and its nice to see the same friendly staff each time I go in for my check up. Overall I give the whole staff top marks for customer service.

No one really likes going to the dentist but Dr. Alex and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. You always take time to answer question even if they are asked more than once. I particularly appreciated the crown method using the milling machine to make the crown while you wait. I have had a very positive experience at Chemong Family Dental! I am very apprehensive about all things dental and I found that the staff is friendly and understanding. They are very calming. Dr. Rhee is an excellent dentist. His work is first rate and he is up to date on the latest procedures. He always makes sure I am frozen enough ( one of my biggest fears). I can honestly say that I have been comfortable there and never been in pain!

Myself and my wife have been going to Chemong Dental for the last couple of years and its one of the best places in Peterborough if not the best. The staffs are very warm and pleasant and have a friendly smile always. Dr. Laura is fantastic and understands the patient really well. She cares for the patient very well and engages with the patient during the procedure and does the follow-up after the procedure. Another important aspect of staffs are their reminders to appointments and they make sure we receive their emails/calls. I am happy to refer my friends and family to them and confident you will have a stress free dental procedure. Btw, I am a genuine reviewer :) :)
