I did a lot of research on dental implants before deciding to choose Chemong Family Dental. I can truly say that from the very first day I have always found Dr. Alex Rhee and all of the staff to be highly professional, friendly, and attentive. Although my treatment was long and complicated I always felt that I was kept fully informed and that I was in extremely competent hands. Also, my comfort was always a primary consideration - I appreciated that very much. My mouth couldn't be in better hands! I have been coming here for the past few years and every time I come in the door I am met with a greeting and a smile. I love how when I make an appointment for a set time that I actually get in at that time and I don't have to wait for an additional 15 minutes. The Dental Hygienists are super friendly and take the time to answer any questions you have. They also take interest in whats going on in your life and you never feel like your "just another customer/patient". I remember last December I had terrible pain in my jaw and Dr. Alex made time in his busy schedule to fit me in and assess what the problem was and give me something for the pain, he then also gave me multiple options and financing options for each so that everything was very affordable. Instead of waiting two or three days he fit me in the next day for an Emergency root canal. With Chemong Family Dental I just keep Smiling!

Today was a scaling appointment with Stephanie and all went well. We caught up on our summer news while getting the dental job done. She is lovely and although I get very nervous about going to the dentist, she is able to make me feel very comfortable and relaxed and my experience is always a great one with her.

My family has been going to Chemong Family Dental for a few years now. I must say this office is clean and airy. The front staff are very friendly and will carry a conversation with you. (Not just told to take a seat and be ignored). You can help yourself to coffee, tea, juices or water, watch TV and read magazines while you wait. You are always called in at the time of your appointment and the hygienists are always smiling and welcoming. You are always made to be comfortable and relaxed. When leaving I always feel satisfied and comfortable. I will be a long term client as well as my family. I have also referred many friends and family to use this Dental Practice

My experience at Chemong Family Dental was above and beyond my expectations! Stephanie was undeniably the most pleasant and thorough dental hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was so gentle and kept me informed the entire way through. I also had a consultation for my wisdom tooth extractions. I was relatively nervous about the procedure, but I was quickly convinced that I am, and will be, in the best care possible. Dr. Rhee also reviewed my x-rays and found that I was being quoted too much for my extractions, so he adjusted that appropriately. I appreciate the truthful and caring nature of everyone at the office, and I have recommended everyone I know!

I've been using Chemong Family Dental since they first opened in Peterborough. The staff are always friendly and great to deal with. What I like the most about coming to Chemong Family Dental is that I'm given the feeling that they are more interested in making sure that I'm comfortable with what could be done and less concerned about trying to up sell me to the newest, most expensive treatments. I firmly believe that you get an honest opinion that is based on what you should have done and not what's going to put the most money in their pocket.

My last appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. I am greeted by name by a couple of the very friendly staff. They informed me they finished the last appointment ahead of schedule and took me in right away. A little friendly chit chat as we got started really keeps you relaxed. I am continually asked if I'm comfortable as we proceed. Exceptionally pleasant staff and very pleasant office decor. I never used to look forward to going to the dentist but I have overcome this fear with the help of this dental office.

This was my third visit to Chemong Family Dental and it was pleasant experience. I was greeted by the staff at the front desk when I walked in. I was scheduled for 1:50 pm and I was actually seated in the dental chair a few minutes before that time. The dental assistant had all the tools set up in the room when I arrived, making the dental procedure with Dr. Rhee fast and efficient. No complaints. I would definitely return to Chemong Family Dental.
